Ulasan Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast

Our room was quite dated, some cupboards were broken, the toilet seat was broken when we arrived (however it was fixed the following day) the room was quite dusty to the point where my daughter required her ventolin puffer about 4 times during the night. The bed was quite uncomfortable for me and the pillows were flat but I guess some people like them that way. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot food variety. Fruit was beautiful and fresh. The pool amenities were good. Very nice for couples , for us as a family, we didn’t find it very child friendly. We didn’t really interact with any staff, apart from Danny from room service on 2.2.24, he was very friendly and nice. Also the lady at check out on 3.2.24 was great, didn’t catch her name though. The surrounding gardens and outdoor spaces were beautiful and well kept. Overall, we probably wouldn’t chose to stay here again only due to the dusty rooms and my child’s asthma condition.

Location is perfect..the St.James station is about 5 min walk only..shops are all around the hotel. The breakfast spread was good but one thing they should improve is they should have more Halal options available.

Nice hotel and best view

Excellent service, food. The pool was great, too. Excellent breakfast buffet. The seafood buffet was overpriced compared to the food options they had, but otherwise a very comfortable and happy stay in the hotel.

พนักงานบริการดี ห้องอาหารมีเมนูอาหารให้เลือกทานเยอะ ภายในโรงแรมสวย ร่มรื่นมีสวนสวย บรรยากาศดีมากๆ เครื่องดื่มที่พลูบาร์อร่อย แต่ห้องพักฝุ่นเยอะมากโดยเฉพาะบริเวณตู้เย็น

環境：非常的舒服，在海灘邊，整體是典型的喜來登度假酒店的風格，可以參照三亞喜來登，基本一樣。酒店去到海灘的小路上有棕櫚樹和一顆不知道是什麼樹的大樹，拍照很出片。 衞生：非常非常乾淨，不可挑剔。 服務：萬豪酒店集團的服務也是沒得説，可以説是全方位的面面俱到。 設施：早餐餐廳很贊，景色與美味兼備；泳池日出開到日落，泳池邊就有浴巾等等各種服務類用品，非常細緻。 唯一的不足就是酒店距離沖浪者天堂還有點距離，屬於獨立的一個存在，相對沒那麼熱鬧和方便。 但酒店走天橋對面的商場也有很多餐廳，出品很不錯。

기대에 부풀어 여행 마지막 밤을 쉐라톤 미라지 호텔로 결정하였다. 5성 럭셔리 호텔이라는 기대와 함께 들어간 호텔 안은 엉망이었다. 꾸리꾸리한 카펫 냄새가 우리를 맞이했고, 몇달은 청소를 안한 듯 육안으로 먼지가 확인됐다. 너무 화가났지만 영어로 의사 소통이 가능한 남편이 씻고 나오기만 기다리다 온몸에 올라오는 알러지를 참지 못하고 데스크로 뛰어가 사진과 함께 몸에 올라온 피부트러블을 보여줬다. 다행히 한국어를 유창하게 잘하는 직원의 도움으로 일단 방을 바꿔주기로 했고, 미안함 을 대신해 음료권을 줘 일단 속상한 마음을 가라 앉혔다. 하지만 지금도 이해 할 수 없는 5성호텔의 엉망인 관리를 생각하니 화가난다. 비수기였고, 바로 바꿔줄 수 있는 룸이 있었는데...그것도 일반룸이 아니고 뷰 좋은 룸을 추가요금 지급하며 선택했었는데 이런 룸을 배정하다니...5성 럭셔리 호텔이라고 홍보전에 청소부터 재대로 해야 할 거 같다. 9박10일 호주여행 4곳의 숙소 중 가장 이해할 수 없고 최악의 호텔이었다.

施設は古いですが、クオリティはさすがシェラントンです ただ、部屋の掃除を頼んだのに、やってくれてなかったり、伝達？？がいまいちな時がありました 日本人のフロントスタッフがもっといると良いです

差，破，睡了一晚過敏，空調不工作，不會再入住。
