Ulasan City Garden Grand Hotel

I checked in a bit earlier and was allowed, and the room was ready, pristine and clean, complete with the usual essentials. View of Makati was also nice. Location is also great cause we were to explore Pobla by foot. Pool was okay, might be hard to get seats by the pool tho at certain busy times. Parking could be a bit tricky for bigger vehicles tho.

I had a fun stay in city garden grand with my family and the room service are very nice

An average stay. I had a multiple special requests but none of it haven't been granted even one for mother's day celebration. The rooms booked was located separately and we had to use the elevator to reach my family on the lower floor. Hallways and elevators had no air-conditioning on, it was hot and we're sweating. The food were warm and other dishes were cold. We just enjoyed the coffee served and the ambiance. We still make it special being together.

Greast rooms, clean, elevators a bit slow. Front desk personnel super helpful and friendly, so is pool staff. The top floor pool is really the best here, open from early to 10pm it offers a refreshing bath and a great rest listening to the live band performing in the rooftop restaurant Firefly

It’s always a pleasure to stay at City Garden Grand. Staff always trying their best to resolve issues while offering a comfortable stay. Roof top bar offers great views of the city. 🤗

I like this hotel thats why we comeback again. But last time during out stay were expect our rooms will be have bathub but it’s comes without it. So we need to pay another upgrade to get room with bathub ☹️

From the entrance of the lobby I like how the guard approached me and my kid. I forgot to get his name to commending. Front desk JOY is nice she did not hesitate to offer a crib since I have a 1 year old kid. The next day before we checked out, we had a breakfast in Spice. I was not able to get the name again of the young guy in café section. He offered me a latte which I love to start my morning. My family enjoyed staying in this place. We have not visited the pool and roof deck coz we only stayed over night but will definitely go back here! Thank you Trip.com for your employees privilege to experience this kind of vacation.

Hotel is clean and functional. For the price paid very happy with the amenities and everything on offer. Got an upgrade to a quiet room. Very happy with that. Can still hear cries from babies at the other room but luckily not bothersome and we still had good night sleep over the 2 nights we stayed with this hotel. Location is close to makati, a short grab ride to green belt area.

Its always An Awesome Place to stay here...Excellent Service from the front Reservation down to the housekeepinhg..Special menrion to Mr. ALVIN of the reservation team, Chef Chris of the F&B department amd also to ther GM. I will keep coming back..until next time..

It was a pleasant stay

It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. However I was disappointed with the slowness of the escalators. At times had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the escalators. It was bad at the 8th floor ( function rooms) as only one lift was serving there.

It was my birthday stay and they grade up the room. That was so sweet surprise. Also room is so clean and staff is friendly and professional. I will stay this hotel again

Great location, lovely rooftop pool. Hotel is clean and fairly new. Perfect for business travelers.
