Extended my stay here as the hotel is nearby to my destination. Room is clean. Pillows and bed are comfortable. Got towels and toiletries. Lift is available. Bedside plugs, so easy to charge phone. Got water dispensor which is very convenient for me. Keep up the good work. Thanks

All are goods and staff at counter was nice. She recommend us what is best to go to the border of JB-SG.. 30 minutes to CIQ Johor area a bit hard to find eatery place so you have to order in via Grab/FoodPanda or drive to nearby Giant or Mcd

A clean and good hotel but the location is a bit average with the only nearby places you could go is McDonald's and a nearby mall other than that you must board a bus. The room was clean but missing a fridge a must in today's hotel standards. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff.

Deluxe twin room is recommended, the interior is more modern-finished & spacious with nice arm chairs for guests to sit & visit. Water pressure and temperature is good. But lacking in slippers for bathroom.

Our second time to this hotel again ,we like da staff here ,they all are very friendly n nice , something to feedback is da tv program alot of channels can't even see clearly lor 😅😅

Air con was slightly noisy and need to feedback two time on this. Not sure if the issue was even addressed. No hair dryer but got mini fridge. Do note their Breakfast was bento set instead of the usual breakfast buffet. It is good that they a work desk station at the lobby

I really love this hotel, this is my second time staying here. The room are very clean, the toilet are very clean. Room is very big, breakfast provided are also good. This hotel is highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Thy Executive Hotel and had a comfortable experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located, especially for travelers looking for a quiet place outside the busy city center. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful 😊

Very comfortable, friendly receptionist. The room is very spacious and clean. They also provide room cleaning services. The location of the hotel is not very strategic. A bit far from interesting places and difficult to find places to eat. But overall very satisfactory. The price is also reasonable for 3 nights. Might come again.

Totally different with the illustration showed. Very run down condition for standard room. Don't ever expect 3-star hospitality as the property claimed, i doubt is 1 star only. Dirty bedsheets, sticky carpet and mouldy smell in room, disgusting...! When we voice out to the staff, he just changed another room which has even worst condition. Photos taken as proof. Definitely a scam with high rating. Beware! Never come back again.
