Nice rooms, good location. Staff on check in really couldn't be bothered and we're quite a hassle to get on with for payment

Room was okay. TV didn't really work. Free tok-tok ride to Poblacion night life was a good plus. Staff was very accommodating.

Staff are great ,sharp and attentive I've lost my passport and the staff were able to furnish me with the photocopy, location's superb , I was able to finish part of my case study. Their food wasnt that good for the price good thing there is a kanto breakfast branch and a 7/11beside them. Cofee is ok.

Location is perfect as we went bar hopping around Poblacion. Staffs are awesome, very hospitable and always greet you whenever you see them. Rooms are clean and we slept comfortably. Thank you team, we will be back for sure!

It is really hard to select a satisfactory hotel in Manila but this hotel is full of art design, clean and has big room and the staff is nice. Besides, the location is perfect

Located near bars and restaurants in Poblacion, Makati. U-hotels is the perfect hotel after a night of partying and drinking. It is literally in walking distance to all the hip places in Poblacion. They have the nicest and friendliest staff one could ever wish for in a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Poblacion, Makati.

Room is well design and facility is good for its price. Although the first room assigned to us the aircon is not functioning well they politely change the room is live us to a much better room. Customer service is good by the staff. Location wise it’s near to Poblacion restos and bars walking distance as well as to Powerplant Mall. If that’s your vibe or your kind of places then I would recommend staying here!

If you stay at a hotel make sure you ask to see the room first. The shower pressure was not that good, shower head was crap! Refrigerator was small. The sound on the tv was terrible! The tv froze.. couldn’t watch sometimes. And the WiFi was weak! I guess you get what you pay for . If you have a vehicle, there is no parking garage. The only parking is in front of the hotel. Won’t stay there again unless I can get it cheaper, but there are other hotels for a little more money that have a pool and gym at least. This hotel has neither. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and bring a girl from p Burgos … it’ll meet your needs … lol

It's the third time my parents stayed at this hotel. As always, the service was very good, the food was also excellent as well as the staff.

This hotel is really good. Staff is so friendly and always helpful. The hotel's location is also good in the room has all the required facilities. I don't have any negatives about this hotel.
