Super loved this hotel! Staff are really attentive. Bed is so comfy i did not want to leave. Location is amazing. Literally just have to cross the road to go to Greenbelt. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Manila. Buffet is good too! The little details on the rooftop Filipino buffet is on point. Makes the experience much better

Everything was great. But the ad on expedia said I would have gym access but I when I got there staff told me only the tenants had access. So I was a little disappointed. I don't understand why have a gym included in the ad if guests paying guests or tourists can't use it.

This is an add-on booking. Truly pleasant service throughout the stay, front desk was able to accommodate slightly earlier check-in on the day of my arrival. Room is absolutely clean, spacious and comfortable, housekeeping staff were enthusiastic. Daily turn down service for the evening. Amenities like the pool, fitness centre, sauna and steam rooms were excellent too. Breakfast was a spread which included some Filipino items on the menu. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Big thanks to the team at The Sphere for making my stay super comfortable and flawless. I stayed for 5 nights together with my colleagues for a conference in the same venue. Front desk was very responsive and helpful with the ton of questions that I had. I also booked a massage at the hotel and it was awesome! Special thanks to Karylle, one of their account managers, and Edmar, from the maintenance staff who helped us during our conference. They are super helpful and responsive to our requests.

Wir waren hier im Januar nach meiner Ankunft in einer Airbnb Unterkunft für eine Woche in diesem Gebäude. Wir konnten keinen Unterschied spüren zwischen den KL Gästen und uns als Airbnb Mieter. Der Service und das Personal waren super. Daher entschlossen wir uns, hier noch einmal eine Woche vor meiner Abreise zu buchen. Diesmal direkt bei KL. (Buchung über eine Hotel- Buchungseite) Wir wurden mit einem Zimmer Upgrade von Premium auf Executive überrascht, ohne es vorab anzufragen. Von Vorteil war für uns auch der kostenlose Parkplatz im Gebäude, da wir mit den Auto unterwegs waren. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Der Zimmerservice war super. Auch bei besonderen Wünschen oder auch Problemen unterstützten sie uns. Wir benötigten Hilfe, da die Autobatterie sich entleert hatte. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert. Unser Zimmer von KL war sehr sauber, gestaltet in schönen Design und bestens ausgestattet, inclusive der Küche. In der Küche hatte es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass wir auch gut und lange schlafen konnten. Auch die Lage ist erwähnenswert. Die Aussicht auf die Skyline, die Parks vor dem Gebäude, die unzähligen gute Restaurants und Greenbelts ist nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Auch in Bezug auf die Sicherheit hatten wir keine Bedenken. Wir waren oft bis spät Abends/ Nachts zu Fuß unterwegs. Wir können das KL Serviced Residence auf Grund unserer Erfahrungen zu 100 % empfehlen und werden beim nächsten mal wieder hier sein. Great hotel, in the thick of Makati. Still very relaxed and chilled once inside. The staff where awesome and an absolute credit to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and hot. The hotel is much smaller than most in the area, which I like, always space to sit and eat, always served immediately. Only downsides was that the bed wasn't the most comfortable and the bath was tiny. No way me and my girl could of got in together ! If you are looking for a decent budget hotel, this is the one.

We enjoyed our stay and the location is really convenient. There were restaurants adjacent to the property. Front desk also did not require me to give security deposit and were professional. We stayed at the 27th floor and room was clean and presentable. The room also had kitchenette with heater, electric stove, microwave. I just hope that they will add floor mats inside. Pool operates from 10am to 7pm and located at the roof deck/rooftop. Smoking area is at the 7th floor and kinda sketchy. Will recommend!

We had to go thru a long line to check in. It took awhile before we were able to get to our room. The amenities are beautiful and first class. The negative thing that happened to me is that, the key did not function when I used it in the elevator. W were supposed to check out at 12pm as I was going up, i wasn’t able to use it because the key was disabled automatically. It happen that the staff was escorting somebody in the elevator. I asked her to assist me. She told me me I need to go back to counter to reactivate it. Too much hassle because the line check out was too long. They should deactivate that key when i was fully checked out.).

We stayed at a Mini Double Room. The hotel was located at the heart of Makati and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. I love how the Front Desk allowed us to check in 15 mins earlier the 12:00 noon. The room was actually good for 2 people. It was clean, air condition was working, free bottled water, clean towels with toiletries, fresh bed sheets and pillows. The Front Desk also immediately provided kettle when I asked for one free of charge. Upon check out, the Front Desk made sure we didn’t left anything. The housekeeping also returned some items I left inside the room. There are only 2 things I want to point out that needs to be improved. 1. Pools closed every Monday in which we were not informed and not on the Trip website (we were able to use it Tuesday morning). 2. The room provided to us is not a City view contrary to my check in voucher. Unlike the other reviews here, I can say that I will recommend checking in at this hotel.

Overall, the service was great. The receptionists were very courteous and friendly. The room we got was exceptionally clean. Complimentary drinks were available and the staff ensured that we had everything we needed. The buffet selections were ok and the food was set up on both sides of the dining area for easy access. My kid enjoyed the play area as well which had lots of toys inside. I wouldn't mind getting a second reservation at this place. Two thumbs up!

A decent place to crash. I highly recommend staying here. The staffs are kind and courteous. Comfortable beds and great work area, although the WiFi is such a hassle. I would recommend to have your mobile data ready and stable. The shower room is so small (legit) it's like your standing in a coffin or sumn hahaha lol (I don't really mind tho). I would definitely book this place again. The place is great, but it still needs improvement. If you're looking for a comfy place to sleep I would suggest this place. Overall I would rate it a 3.8/5.

The unit itself is spacious, and the bed is good for 4 pax. We enjoyed our stay here. However, the room could use more cleaning. There's dust on the floor as well as on the wall. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet, which is ok. But, when we requested a pale and a dipper instead, the caretaker said he was unable to provide them for us since they were used on the other unit. Overall, the stay is good, but a lot of improvement is needed.
