Hotel berhampiran Alrjaa Mosque, Makkah

This is my 6 time in this hotel but this time I have decided to not comeback to this hotel again just because of the receptionist rude behaviour. The Girl Receptionist khan one of the rudest people I have met in my life. I arrived at the hotel little early around 5am and I told them I am going to perform umrah and I will comeback around 12pm to hotel and I am with 1 years old infant please let me check in. In the morning they told me that the room will be ready by 10 am so no need to be worried. After performing the umrah I went to the hotel at 12pm and I asked for the room but the receptionist khan is speak very rudely with me and told me to cancel my booking and leave the hotel or wait for 4 hours. I told her in the morning I was told the room will be ready by 10am but she didn’t replied back. I was very shocked that they are giving room other people but not me and when I ask for refund she said no refund so I now I don’t have any option and just I have to wait. I wait for two hours and then finally I got chance to meet with Hotel Manager Mr Eda maybe mistake in name but he is bald and he finally help us to check in. Now I want to ask questions why so rude people on Reception ? Why she is not letting me to go room when there is other people are going ? My family is suffering from all this and my child is sleeping in Reception lounge sofa.

Hotel itu sendiri cantik dan katilnya sangat selesa ditambah lokasinya berhampiran dengan Masjidil Haram dan boleh diakses dengan perkhidmatan ulang-alik bas percuma yang beroperasi setiap 10 minit. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah sarapan pagi, ia mempunyai sangat sedikit item dan ia adalah sama untuk semua hari kami tinggal ditambah beberapa makanan tidak segar. Nasihat saya kepada pengembara masa depan adalah untuk tidak memasukkan sarapan pagi dalam pakej anda dan hanya membeli dari pusat membeli-belah berhampiran. Anda akan menyimpan dan boleh memilih.

It was a very pleasant stay at Hilton Makkah Convention. As always expected from this hotel, everything was great starting from the reception and front desk team. Ms Hatoon Fattah and Mr. Amr Hassan were very professional, helpful and supportive. Mr. Mahmoud in the executive lounge was very decent and helpful and confirm the excellent hospitality of this hotel. The hotel has a great prayer hall with a direct view to the holly Haram and a shuttle bus to and from the holly Haram.

Hotel yang mengagumkan, kami mendapat pemandangan bandar dan ia sangat mengagumkan. Agak pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Semua orang di hotel ini sangat baik. Perkhidmatan bilik juga bagus, daftar masuk juga lancar tanpa menunggu kami mendapat bilik terus selepas waktu daftar masuk. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak pilihan makanan. Makanan tempatan dan barat. Sangat bagus dan disyorkan. Yang haram juga sangat dekat dengan hotel. Anda hanya boleh berjalan ke haram.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. It is my first time to have a short stay in this hotel. It was a very good experience from the start of my journey at the reception desk with Mr. “saif” and his warm welcome and continuous smile, through the wide, clean room with its new furniture and many facilities, the good service of the house keeper “Samy”, passing by the most decent, supportive, and helpful restaurant manager; Mr. “Taher”; and his professional team, and ending at the reception desk again with the warm “see you again” from Mr. Abd AlRahman. From my point of view, except for the fact that the hotel is far from “Haram”, it is one of the best hotels in Makkah.

Walaupun kami tiba lebih awal, mereka membenarkan anda mendaftar masuk sangat awal. Hotel ini benar-benar hotel yang berbaloi. ***Daging berfungsi dengan baik dalam perkhidmatan haram.

Clean, comfy, the bed is amazing Only shuttle bus drop off area is quite distance. But for the price its understandable. For Breakfast they dont have enough manning. The hotel guests behaving like ********. Stealing foods, breads etc, and fooda and drinks spill everywhere. Not nice atmostphere there. But the food are nice and tasty.

Hotel ini sangat bagus dan bersih, kakitangan hotel terutamanya penerimaan tetamu dan pengemasan sangat sopan dan membantu Pasti akan mengesyorkan kepada rakan dan keluarga
