Staying at Boudl Makkah was an unforgettable experience that touched me deeply. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of calm and welcome that set the tone for my entire stay. The location, just 1.5 kilometers from the Haram, provided a perfect balance – close enough to feel connected to the sacredness of the place, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot that allowed for rest and reflection. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, adding to the serene atmosphere. It’s clear that the housekeeping team puts their heart into their work, ensuring every detail is attended to. Coming back to such a fresh, spotless room each day was genuinely comforting and felt like coming home. A special thank to Mr. Farouk, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. His warm, attentive service and genuine care made such a difference, and it was clear he leads the team with the highest standards of hospitality. I felt truly valued, and this level of service was both humbling and uplifting. The shuttle service to the Haram was a gift in itself. Knowing that transportation was reliably taken care of gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus entirely on my prayers and the spiritual purpose of my visit. My time at Boudl Makkah was a beautiful blend of comfort, care, and connection. It’s a place that not only meets practical needs but touches the heart, making it an experience I’ll carry with me long after leaving. Two nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member

Stay was very good, quite rooms, friendly staff, not far from Haram. You can understand the location & distance in pic/video.

Hotel yang mengagumkan, kami mendapat pemandangan bandar dan ia sangat mengagumkan. Agak pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Semua orang di hotel ini sangat baik. Perkhidmatan bilik juga bagus, daftar masuk juga lancar tanpa menunggu kami mendapat bilik terus selepas waktu daftar masuk. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak pilihan makanan. Makanan tempatan dan barat. Sangat bagus dan disyorkan. Yang haram juga sangat dekat dengan hotel. Anda hanya boleh berjalan ke haram.

This is my 6 time in this hotel but this time I have decided to not comeback to this hotel again just because of the receptionist rude behaviour. The Girl Receptionist khan one of the rudest people I have met in my life. I arrived at the hotel little early around 5am and I told them I am going to perform umrah and I will comeback around 12pm to hotel and I am with 1 years old infant please let me check in. In the morning they told me that the room will be ready by 10 am so no need to be worried. After performing the umrah I went to the hotel at 12pm and I asked for the room but the receptionist khan is speak very rudely with me and told me to cancel my booking and leave the hotel or wait for 4 hours. I told her in the morning I was told the room will be ready by 10am but she didn’t replied back. I was very shocked that they are giving room other people but not me and when I ask for refund she said no refund so I now I don’t have any option and just I have to wait. I wait for two hours and then finally I got chance to meet with Hotel Manager Mr Eda maybe mistake in name but he is bald and he finally help us to check in. Now I want to ask questions why so rude people on Reception ? Why she is not letting me to go room when there is other people are going ? My family is suffering from all this and my child is sleeping in Reception lounge sofa.

Lokasi yang bagus untuk akses cepat ke Masjidil Haram. Sarapan pagi sudah sempurna alhamdullilah. Kakitangan semua mengalu-alukan dan sangat membantu, mashallah.

Kakitangan hotel ramah dan membantu, sarapan pagi yang sangat baik dan sangat mudah jika anda ingin melakukan Umrah dengan anak-anak kerana lokasinya betul-betul di hadapan Al Haram.

We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

Wow! What a hotel! It exceeded my expectations by far and I really enjoyed every moment of it. The service is amazing, especially Mr. Muhammad, what a kind and gentle man. He happened to check us in and check us out. As soon as you enter the hotel the wonderful smell hits you. The decor is out of this world. The calm earthy colors, the subtle bling in between everything is well thought of. The complimentary elements in the hotel i enjoyed as well. Good quality coffee, plenty of towels, of diff sorts and sizes, a beautiful view! The shuttle busses were very frequent, most I waited was 2 minutes probably, but almost in all cases I didn't have to wait. All doors are opened for you and they make you feel like royalty. Breakfast was also a variety of good food. I will definitely visit again. It was cheaper than the hotels nearby.. Last I will say is Allaahuma baarik!

Hotel ini adalah menara nombor 8 yang kelihatan seperti sebuah pangsapuri dahulu. Sangat mewah, dengan banyak lif dan kakitangan penyambut tetamu yang mesra di lobi. Kami mempunyai sebahagian pemandangan menara jam yang bagus. Mereka menawarkan bufet sarapan pagi yang enak, restoran dan pilihan tempat makan di dalam bilik, namun, masa menunggu untuk telur dan penkek terlalu lama. Hotel ini juga menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik, 5-10 minit menunggu dan yang boleh menjadi gila semasa waktu sibuk. Orang ramai berpusu-pusu untuk menjadi setiap orang untuk dirinya sendiri seperti yang anda akan lihat di negara dunia ketiga. Perkhidmatan ulang-alik adalah 10-15 minit ke Masjidil Haram dan kira-kira 20 minit berjalan kaki ke masjidil haram. Saya lebih suka untuk berada lebih dekat dengan masjid lain kali dan dalam jarak 5 -10 minit berjalan kaki kerana untuk solat di masjid memerlukan lebih awal kira-kira 1 jam sebelum itu jika anda ingin solat di hadapan Ka'bah dan boleh membuat seseorang malas untuk pergi. berulang alik kerana jauh dan menunggu pengangkutan.
