Very nice and clean hotel. Bedsheets and pillow is nice and clean. No weird smells im toilet. Nice pool that is accessible 7am to 7pm and has a kid pool and small playground. Stayed for 1 night and got a great sleep. Location wise is ok, got various food option outside of hotel with conviniet shops (7-11, 99 and family mart). It takes 20 minutes to walk to jonker street (i walk slow) so it's quite alright. Plus they have free parking if u drives.

The location is good. Overall is good but the maintenance need to be improve. the swimming pool is good but the cleanliness need to improve. Breakfast is every day same menu is quite boring.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything working perfectly. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. 141125. This superior twin room offers ample space. The room does not have a prayer mat for Muslims. To iron, must contact room service. The room is completely covered in carpet. The room does not have bathtub. The bathroom design is modern, especially the doors.

Staying with my mom, suitable rom size for 2 person. Everything ok and the good thing is a lot of food just outside the hotel. Also have 2 to 3 mini marts, for mineral water and all.

All are good and satisfied with location, cleanliness, service and facilities. Enjoy stay at hotel and will come back.

Location is about 8min grab to Jonker street. Pretty centralise. Just directly opposite the hotel is food street which open till quite late. 24hours 7-11. Grab to Aeon Mall about 8min. Basically, we grab to everywhere, and grab fare is pretty affordable. Breakfast is acceptable with decent varieties. Room size is a bit small for us. 2 small single bed. Free carpark at the hotel which prioritise to selecting the stay in this hotel. The security guard at the carpark does look after the cars giving us the sense of safety.

I booked a single room, but for some reason they gave me a crib. I need to ask the housekeeper to move it. The WiFi in this room was terrible. It's almost impossible to connect, and even when you do connect, the connection keeps dropping. The network speed is also terrible; it can't run YouTube or chatgtp at all.

The check in counter seem short staff assist to check in for us. We wait for quite sometimes. Breakfast is no variety. You may opt to have your breakfast just opposite the street. Atlantic Nyonya food is delicious just around the corner. However, the room is nice and comfortable. Spacious. I am enjoy my stay there.

Been there for business travel. Pros: 1. Service staff was good, everyone was very helpful, from front desk to restaurant to gym. The biggest plus point for this hotel. 2. Breakfast consider delicious, just the options not much. 3. Sauna room was spacious. Cons: 1. Sauna opens 7am to 8pm, for business travel I don’t get the chance to use it properly. 2. Baby stores are not ready until further notice which even the staffs doesn’t know. 3. There are strong moldy smell in the room. For this I gave poor for cleanliness. Blinds for the bathroom are not working. If ever going back will be because of the staffs, the amenities won’t make me to go return.

Hotel looks new and modern. Big and clean room. Got very nice gym and swimming pool. Opposite got a lot restaurants like chicken rice shop. The only downside is the mattress is extremely soft.

Hotel location is strategic, near to most of the tourist spot like AFamosa, Dutch square and church of st Paul. A lots of restaurants nearby, nyonya food, chicken rice ball, and etc. Cleanliness is superb and space is spacious. Breakfast is ok, ordinary buffet breakfast but without melaka specialties like kuih nyonya or satay celup may be. In conclusion, is a good place to stay and I will come back again. Parking also available inside the hotel.

Stay here for 2 night and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel sink is leaking and they send over technician to repair is short period. Hotel and room condition is new and clean. Having good breakfasr also especially the nyona curry mee is nice.

Location is good. Walking distant to jonker. A lot of eateries around hotel.
