Hotel berhampiran West Gorton Community Park, Manchester

The location is good, but not user friendly for luggage, i need to take 2 of my luggages (30kg) alone upstarts to the lift to my room. That’s killing me, I dun expect that hard for me, it’s not worth to pay that price. I found we have other better choice among that area.

Very convenient location, around a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station and right next to the tram stop. Staff were all super friendly and informative. Clean room with a really comfy bed and nice shower. Everything you could need for a fairly cheap nights stay!

The location is super nice, down in the city centre. my room doesn’t have any window so it’s a bit stuffy, they put a fan in the room. In general is quite good though based on the price.

The hotel is very near to Oxford Road train station, just a few minutes walk, and have a direct line to Manchester Airport. The hotel is located at the city CENTRE, with China town, Art Gallery, large shopping malls within several minutes walking distance. Besides, Holiday Inn Express hotel always provides breakfast with sufficient variety of food and drinks to choose from. It also hot drinks throughout the day. But, there are two Holiday Inn Express hotels in the city CENTRE. So, make sure to key in Oxford Road in searching the routes to hotel in using Google Map.

Honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in! We loved our stay her and only wished we had more time to enjoy the hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We will absolutely return to this hotel in the future.

The location is perfectly situated between Piccadilly and Oxford Road and Deansgate. Free wine on arrival, staff were lovely and welcoming. The room decor was a little shoddy in places but I didn’t take away from it being a great price, lovely overall hotel and location!

The hotel is very close to the city centre. The room is very cozy, clean and spacious. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful as well. The hotel is exactly what you would expect from a Marriott hotel - everything is just perfect and cozy. Would recommend to anyone staying in Manchester for a holiday.

Lovely room queen size bed , lovely breakfast fully cooked breakfast included bacon sausage scrambled eggs , beans , hash browns , loved the waffle makers and had a really nice comfy bed and friendly service on check in lift to all floors , clean and comfortable and big size room walk in shower , all ameties included shower gel , shampoo, conditioner, hand wash , abd body lotion , tea and coffee facilities in room , good check out time of 12pm as well , would deffo stay again ,

Upon arrival the hotel looks a little dated from the exterior but once inside it was so clean! Staff were super friendly, bar and reception area was fantastic and reasonably priced bar too! For how much we paid, I’m amazed at how good it was, rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had a good shower. Good location as (10/15 minutes Uber from Old Trafford). Would 100% return & recommend this hotel.

I just HAD to write a review on my stay here. Well... this was my 3rd hotel in 4 nights of travelling. It was also the cheapest one, and the only one I was kind of dreading! Oh how wrong could I have been! From the moment I entered, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Welcoming, kind and professional. I asked if there was any fridge I could use to store some food items I was travelling with and they kindly put these in the staff area for me overnight. Could not do enough to help. The hotel feels more like a modern new hostel than a hotel. The vibe in the communal area felt very much like a classy hostel. It was warm, friendly and welcoming. Free unlimited tea and coffee down there was great. Breakfast was only continental, which I hadn't realised. Lovely pastries, but a shame no hot food was served. Rooms are very small, as I had expected, but functional, Plenty of charging sockets, good hot shower with amenities. As I arrived into the station at terminal 1, and was flying from terminal 1 the next day it is quite a walk with heavy bags. There is no shuttle bus or alternative way to get to terminal 1 from here, only the skylink. This would have been fine, but the moving escalators on the skylink were switched off. When I asked the hotel staff about this, they said they have not been working for months. I don't know why this is, but it would have made moving to/from the hotel a lot easier so it was a shame. Overall a very good and unexpected stay. For the price, I would stay again. Thanks to all the staff for such a pleasant welcome.
