On a return visit to this hotel we found it as beautiful, cultured and as sophisticated as ever. The welcome is always gracious and any question is answered responsibly and swiftly. The location is inspired, on the coast, near to a selection of wonderful restaurants and cafes. The train station is only a few minutes walk away enabling access to other parts of the coastline very swiftly.

We stayed in Mandelieu-la-Napoule to visit our friends in the beautiful marina near the hotel. It was a perfect hub for day trips to the other city’s at Côté d’Azur. Great service at the reception. Nice breakfast but not so friendly staff. Cleaning of our room could be improved but on the whole we are very satisfied with our stay for one week.

This was our third visit, and it never fails to impress. The staff in particular Julian, was helpful, anything we required was no trouble. Personalised without being over the top. Cleanliness first class , food amazing . I’m defiantly booking next year but need to get in quick.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Parking included which is huge in this busy area. We strongly recommend Hotel Ermitage de l'Oasis. It is a 15 minute drive from downtown Cannes and beautiful beaches across the street.

We had a very nice stay at hotel Ermitage et Oasis in Mandelieu La Napoule. Nicely decorated room, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. Well situated location close to La Napoule Marina.

We had a great family 2-week vacation here in August, 2023. This hotel has a nice location — 10 min drive from Cannes. The only disadvantage I have noticed is that the hotel doesn’t have its private beach. But in Mandelieu there are several good private beaches where you can go to (it’s very important to book them in advance). Breakfast is excellent, the quality of products is high. Le Bistrot de l’Oasis is the restaurant at the hotel, where all the dishes are wonderful. Staff is very attentive and caring, as is the service at the hotel. At the reception you can ask to call somebody, to book something. The hotel also has a cosy place next to the swimming pool (nice way to spend your time when there are waves at the sea). You can also go to spa or fitness centre. Our room was cleaned very well every day. To be honest we really enjoyed our holidays here, we highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely come back next year!

From the moment we made an enquiry we knew we had chosen the right hotel. Such fabulous service, quality information and a genuine care to help support guests has been demonstrated throughout our week long stay. All members of the team have been helpful, kind, smiling and hospitable, they could teach hospitality as they are so good! We loved the food service, our rooms and the outdoor area. One of the rooms seemed to have air conditioning that wasn't as robust as the other and it was hot so it was noticeable. There was effort to investigate though but it did make the room warm at night. It would be great to have some more electrical sockets in the rooms to make it more convenient to charge phones and other devices. The location is very convenient and car parking was managed well. Being able to walk locally is a bonus and to use the local train station too is a delight. Thoroughly recommend this hotel particularly because of the members of the team.
