I had a wonderful experience. I had stayed here 8 years back when it was Gatway and I didn't like it much because it looked like an old rooms with boring interiors. Now the interiors are excellent in Vivanta. I would like to thanks all the staffs from the front office, ***agers, Mynt restaurant staffs, room dining staffs, chauffeur driver and house keeping. Very good hospitality. The food was amazing!

The room was extremely comfortable and was a great stay overall! The breakfast is great and a must try! Do check this place out, it’s a great view of the city as well. The staff are extremely warm and friendly, definitely the sweetest people you’d meet! They also guide you in terms of your travel and more.

Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism.
