High recommended place, very nice and comfortable, room was clean and the food was super nice…
It’s a very nice decent hotel, the staff in general is pretty helpful, although is true sometimes they do the things a bit slow, waiting more than 45 minutes to get a hairdryer or more than 30mins to get some cocktails done at the swimming pool with no one else ordering drinks…
But the food is pretty good specially at the cafeteria of the 2nd floor, breakfast was also great and the service in general is superb but if you are a smoker get ready to go up and down all the time because smoke in the rooms is completely forbidden and the only smoking areas are a bit ridiculous, one in the garage of the ballroom and the other one in the C A S I N O.
The C A S I N O doesn’t have common games as poker or a normal roulette

Always a pleasure to stay here. Helpful staff.
Grear idea also to transfer breakfast to Ballroom to allow guest to eat without waiting in line..
Just noticed in the pool that they allow guest house clothes while swimming, it was not like before.

Very nice place to stay. It's our second time and we will definitely come back. Very close to mall and so easy to buy things. Foods were so good on our breakfasts.

The resort is next to SM mall. Some of the guards are nice. The food is average, I might be looking for something in continental for breakfast, but otherwise it taste good.

Pleasant stay indeed, love that the pool is heated so a night cap is much recommended in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was also a must try! Superb service and quality food!! Will definately go here again.

The front desk staff is friendly. However, I observed that the staff in the pool and bar area are not as friendly based on how they treat other guests. The room service is somewhat slow, but understandable as we weren't the only guests checking in. The breakfast lounge is small. Overall, the hotel design is okay, but it's not very inviting or classy for the eye.
