Ulasan Manila Manor Hotel

The staff are good.. Yet the room itself, its fair enough.. The very annoying thing is the shower that leaks and goes on the floor

Hindi masyado mLamig yong aircon, nakakatakot yong elevator, no signal yong tv, pero mababait yong staff.

It’s a basic type of accommodation and affordable so never expect too much. The lift needs to be replaced any moment it might break down. The food offered tastes good and affordable. The staffs are friendly and approachable so lovely. The check in and check out process is hassle less. Window lock needs to be repaired. They need to add bidet on their toilet. Wifi connection needs to be enhanced.  Overall the hotel facility needs to be renovated.

Do not expect too much of the place since the hotel is too old. Beddings are not that white, no hot shower but the aircon is working fine. Staff are approachable and friendly. They have welcome drink when you arrived at the hotel. Hallway is creepy though hehe but when still the price is good escpecially the hotel is near the mall and to eateries and is very convenient.

The Receptionist is accomodating as well as the Room Attendant However the Room is not well maintained and the television there is no Cable

Location of the hotel is totally Good.. its very near to malls and at night time near to bars and ktv.. honestly speaking..you dont need to expect too much for its already old building.. need to undergo a refurbishment.. some room doesnt have a water heater.. anyway just enjoy your stay and avoid comparing to the other hotel.. Thank you for the staff friendliness..

The room is clean and elegant, the location is convenient, the service is attentive, and the price is affordable. It's perfect for short business trips.

The worst hotel in Manila. Don’t ever book here. Hotel is disgusting and dirty. We left the moment we entered the unit. The unit has molds and smells like it. I do not recommend.

The room was creepy because it's old design and also the hallway. But the location and staff are good.

The place is quite good for its price and very accessible for me.

Terrible, so dirty and run-down, and no hot water! But I guess for 100+ PHP in the Philippines, this might be the norm, so there's no real solution. The cost of living here is too high with all the inflation, so you just have to lower your expectations. No photos, it was too dirty to bother taking any.

We are two people, so when booking the hotel we clearly saw that it was stated as a 1.5-meter queen bed, and we paid based on that information. However, after checking in, we found that the bed was only about 1.1 meters wide. It was simply impossible for two people to sleep comfortably. We went to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff only said that there were no other rooms available, and that the bed size was just like this. This is blatant consumer deception. We had no choice but to squeeze together and endure one night, which was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, both the sink faucet and the shower were broken. The hotel itself is clean, but the service is very poor. If there is no 1.5-meter bed, then it should not be advertised as such. If it is advertised, it should be honored. No one likes the feeling of being misled or deceived.
