the reception was kind to give us a total of 4 complimentary drinks to Hyde Manila bar sa baba lang ng hotel. bringing of liquor is limited they inspect every bag u bring inside the AC is too cold for the room the breakfast is really good

Terletak di Chinatown. Kawasan yang sangat sibuk, banyak kedai dan restoran. 30 minit berjalan kaki dari Intramuros: Katedral Manila, Fort Santiago, tapak UNESCO Gereja San Agustin dll. Deposit 2000PHP diperlukan semasa daftar masuk dan dikembalikan semasa daftar keluar. Uncang teh dan kopi tidak disediakan di dalam bilik. Cawan, cerek, peti sejuk, kit pergigian, sabun, pengering rambut, syampu dan gel mandian serta tuala disediakan. WiFi percuma. Simpanan bagasi disediakan. Lobi yang sangat bagus dan luas. Terdapat sebuah restoran di seberang lobi. Kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan membantu.

Saya menggunakannya buat kali pertama dan sangat menyukainya sehingga saya mendaftar masuk dua kali minggu itu. Adik perempuan dan anak-anak saya pun check in dua kali. Kakak bayar bilik sendiri sebab murah ☺️Kalau perlukan sesuatu boleh call tapi dengar staff kat luar boleh call dan uruskan on the spot. Kakitangan lain dari SG menyambut saya dengan betul dan membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Anak sulung saya, yang saya bawa masuk 12 tahun kemudian, juga berminat menggunakan sabun yang luar biasa itu. Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

Kakitangan saya yang jauh dari rumah sangat mesra, sentiasa penginapan yang hebat, sangat bersih! sangat peramah! Dekat dengan semua dalam jarak berjalan kaki!

We got free room upgrade! Thank you for handling us really well! We’re looking forward to our next booking! The room is really nice and huge for the two of us. We got this place cause we are watching a concert in MOA Arena! And it’s the nearest soool near that you can walk around 10 mins or less.

Very excellent experience! Our room was also upgraded. Special mention to ms. Melody for assisting us in our request and going on extra mile by sending us cake and fruits for our anniversary. To CJay and Chris for accommodating us and assisting us since it is our first time in Hyatt. And to Matt who was very hospitable and very accommodating lifeguard on duty at Nobu, when we stayed on the pool side in the afternoon. Will definitely stay again at COD in the future!

Don’t expect perfection but for the price I paid and for the service received during my overnight stay, I’m rating this 5 for going beyond my expectations for this first time booking. 2 days before my stay, Savoy Hotel sent me an email reminder. It also says, “Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in making any special preparations prior to your arrival.” and so I give it a shot and replied with a request. Thank you to Housekeeping Team Leader Remuel Tayao for that creative presentation. Most of the staff I’ve encountered with are courteous and welcoming except for the tall front desk lady during my check-in. Btw, I hope you install a pin light by the room coffee/tea area and closet. Thank you, Savoy Hotel.

1st the location is very nice its in the vicinity of BGC near sm aura and market market 5mins walk . 2nd the Room is very clean no insect no bed bugs its a thumbs up 3rd the room rate ia very cheap.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 4th all the staff are very accomodating  The request has been granted for the higher floor city view . 5th i expected a little bit much for the breakfast How i wish next time  would have something better like longanisa or connbeef or even bacon.   What i ate for 7am was cold food. The scrbled egg was cold the rice is cold also the .  Good thing that time they have egg section where i requested to cooked new so i could eat hot breakfast.  I highly suggest this hotel to add oven toaster in their buffet breakfast area so. Everybody can  have toast bread without waiting too long .  Surely will booked ths again 😊🥰🥰 ohh lastly, the quality of the pillow and the bed is so nice i think its EMMA  brand  so comfy!!  Very very nice  Plus points for me.   They also have bathrobe 👌🏻🥰😊 so perfect! 3rd floor for buffet swimming and gym area which i also loved.

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).
