First let me say this is the most gorgeous hotel/resort you have ever seen. The rooms are beautiful and the pool, hot tubs and restaurants are incredible. Most of all I would like to recommend Alexamar and Katherine who were working the front desk to be given promotions and raises, we observed them working professionally, smoothly and efficiently several times during our stay. Even when a situation was challenging they were never discourteous, or unkind to guests. We loved our stay and would give it a 10 star if we could, we will be back!

El personal del hotel es muy amable, siempre atentos con sus huéspedes. Nos llamaron un taxi para poder visitar la playa santa Mariana que está a 20 minutos del hotel. Está muy cerca de la playa murciélago y del mall del Pacífico, se puede ir caminando. Tengo que decir que el desayuno continental estuvo bien a pesar de que fue lo mismo los dos días, la misma papaya y el mismo jugo de mora. La cama, las sábanas y las almohadas son muy cómodas y lo mejor es que huelen rico a coco. El lugar tiene bastantes detalles en madera, eso lo hace muy acogedor. Deberían darle mantenimiento a la televisión, ya que la pantalla está naranja y todos los programas de televisión tenían a personas pelirojas debido a eso, el volumen también se baja y se sube, después se normaliza. También en el baño deberían revisar el desagüe de la ducha/jacuzzi y donde está la cortina de baño que está oxidado. Yo recomiendo Manta Voyager, es un lugar al que definitivamente regresaré.
