El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, el personal de recepción muy amable y atentos. La señora que nos apoyo en la limpieza una excelente actitud y servicio. En general el hotel es muy bueno en costo y ubicación. Su restaurante su comida tiene muy buena sazón pero el servicio de meseros es super pésimo, pides algo al tiempo (temperatura ambiente) y te dan el jugo natural como si fuera café, sus meseros con una flojera que parece que te hacen el favor de atenderte, eso que es temporada baja pero bueno, la calificación del servicio es en específico por el restaurant, salgan afuera al bulevar hay muchos más restaurantes con mejor servicio y muy buena sazón.

Buen día !! yo tuve la oportunidad de visitarlos a principios de enero, después de varios días me tome tiempo de compartir mi experiencia ya que me gustaría que todos la lean, yo conozco este hotel desde hace 25 años , siempre solíamos hospedarnos ahí porque de siempre nos ha fascinado, la penúltima vez que tuve oportunidad de visitarlos el hotel ya estaba un poco descuidado y el servicio ya no era muy bueno ,,, ahora que regreso nuevamente después de algunos años me he dado cuenta de que está completamente remodelado y las habitación se disfrutan más,,, en esta visita a pesar de que solo fue un día, me hizo regresar totalmente a mi infancia, el servicio excelente, nos habilitaron una habitación para estar más cómodos y lo mejor de todo es que se ajustó sin problema a nuestro presupuesto. Así que sin dudarlo lo recomiendo al 100, claro si es que estas buscando tranquilidad y disfrutar la familia, la playa, el paisaje. Muchisimas gracias. Saludos!!

La comida es muy rica, excelente servicio del personal del hotel, las habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas y los animadores son muy buenos las instalaciones están muy limpias todo está muy cerca y muy buen show.
