We came to the hotel and had a great time. The location and facilities are really nice, and the staff is super helpful! We also wanted a massage and chose the head/back/neck and the foot massage. Both were delightful and relaxing! Surely recommended

I came here with family after travelling for a week. The spa is very well organised, with professional and friendly staff. I entered feeling very comfortable and left feeling very relaxed. After a week of constant walking and sightseeing it was a great way to relax.

I highly recommend the Flamingo Aura Spa! Joshua is the best masseur we met during our stay in India, highly recommended!! :) we did the combined Abhyangam and Shirodhara treatment and it was just amazing, relaxing as well as refreshing! Please go and treat yourself if you are in marari beach area!

We stayed at the Flamingo Marairi for six days in early November- it was so good we came back at the end of our trip. This small hotel hits mark on all fronts. It's a short walk to the beautiful beach - alternatively you can take one of the hotels canoes and gently paddle down the backwater, an opportunity to really appreciate the natural beauty of the area. Service at the hotel is attentive but not intrusive. All the staff, from waiters through to housekeeping and reception, were, without exception, delightful and really helpful. Rooms in this lovely heritage building are really spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds are really comfortable.The restaurant serves a range of delicious food, including typical Keralan dishes. The pool is shaded from the midday sun by beautiful old trees and the hotel the grounds are beautifully planted. To top it all there's the next door spa which offers a range of Ayurvedic therapies. Magic.

We have just returned from spending five nights at the Flamingo Boutique Hotel. It was an oasis of peace, after a wonderful but tiring time spent travelling around Kerala. All of the staff here were really kind and helpful, but a very big thank you to Aneesh, who was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Liz and Linda. UK.

Stayed here for a night after day cruise at Alleppey last year. This property is reflection of Kerala legacy architecture, thoughtfully designed with well placed antique artifacts here and there. Rooms too are in traditional way hence some might find missing a few in-room modern amenities. There is a pool, surrounded by beautiful sitting huts one side and restaurant on the other that serves lovely food. Manager had gone extra mile to arrange a cake from city (which is quite at a distance) to make our day memorable. We enjoyed canoeing in nearby canal next morning. Overall, a complete package to experience nature and heritage.

Couldn’t fault this lovely traditional hotel. We had a really nice upgraded room with four poster beds. Spacious bathroom. Attentive staff and good food in the outdoor restaurant. A lovely ambiance throughout. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed for 5 nights. This is a beautiful oasis. Most of the time it felt it was just myself and my partner staying there., when the place was booked out. Food is exceptional, chicken kappas, devine. Staff are friendly and chatty. I have to say that the House Keeping are exceptional with their diligence and just making sure that all is right. They even sweep up the leaves everyday! I would highly recommend staying here. It’s only small hotel but big in character. The Reception staff, also arranged for a local tuk tuk driver to take us out, we enjoyed a couple of hours boating down the backwaters, which the Reception staff arranged with the tuk tuk driver. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. We hope to stay again, next year.
