Seclude Kerala, Marari Sands

The serene beachfront location is stunning, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the sea. The food was delicious, with a variety of authentic Kerala dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The hospitality truly stands out—friendly, attentive staff made the stay even more enjoyable. Seclude Mari Sands is a true jewel on Keralas long bright Malabar Coast. Situated in the serene ambiance of a light forest, only some footlenghts away from the ocean, the beautiful property is guided and maintained by an extraordinarily friendly and sensitive staff, which is giving you a warm welcome, as if you were at your home. It is really a unique place to remember!

The resort is lovely remote oasis of calm. The beach is beautiful as is the water. The rooms have a lovely porch in front where you can sit and read or just relax. The best part of the hotel is the food and also the people who work there. Both are exceptional Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I think rains are the best time. Seclude was absolutely secluded. Not a single soul and that's exactly what we wanted. And Seclude had authentic Ayurvedic Kerala massage so that was perfect. And what can I say about the food MOUTH SMACKING. Superb experience

The resort's staff were friendly, helpful and at all times anxious to ensure their guests had a great holiday. Doing yoga under their canopy on the beach was a lovely experience, even though the tree needles, ants and some mosquitos were a minor irritant. Food was excellent and we enjoyed the cooking demonstration. Areas that could be better - beds and pillows were very hard for me and I preferred the rooms with the indoor bathroom. Equipment is in the rooms varied - some had fridges, some didn't and I found using the remote controller for the AC challenging. The beach was kept in reasonable condition, even though strong winds kept blowing leaves etc everywhere. The pool was small but refreshing cool. However all cushions on loungers could do with a good clean and birds poo was in all the cushions. I think it's a very relaxing place but there's room for improvement in the condition of the rooms and facilities.

Had a lovely relaxing stay. Right next to the beach. Fabulous outdoor shower (but private). Staff could not have been lovelier. Great excursion on house boat and amazing temple visit. All quite low key and very friendly. Massages etc also available
