Great stay, helpful staff and good facilities. Enjoyed our stay! Only thing is it's a bit far from old town and you will have to get a taxi every time you go out.

Lovely would recommend. Cheap and cheerful. Don’t know why people are so negative about this place, I would stay here again. Clean, beds made everyday, clean towels, friendly staff. Located twenty minute walk from the square, and the souks. Off licence around the corner, which sells plenty of beer, wine and spirits. £11.00, for a bottle of wine and six beers. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great stay. Clean and nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Staffs were nice and friendly especially the door gentleman! Check-in was a bit of a pain as it took ages (lack of staff when i arrived)… we needed to rest badly but had to wait for like 20 mins. Lifts are very old and slow but luckily there wasn’t many guests so it wasn’t a burden. Ingeneral i think it was a good value hotel. We would come back!

With the hindsight of some of the reviews i have read on this hotel, my conclusion after just staying here for a few days is they are absolutely not giving the hotel the justice it derserves. Yes the hotel is old, might be some tiles missing here and there' or some wall plug not sitting 100 % in the wall. But generally its not a problem that can't be solved if you ask the staff they are both friendly and helpfull. With a large family in marrakech and the experience of travelling here every other year for the last 30 years this is nothing out of the ordinary on hotels of marrakech unless you are staying at something absolutely high end hotel which will probably cost you small fortune Garden is magnificent with a spacious pool area, friendly and helpfull staff that solves any problems you might have, good food with fair prices. Rooms are spacious well ventilated (Ive read a lot of people complaining about the A/C, to that i can just say morocco is one of the warmest places on earth specially during the summer time and thats not anything even the best A/C can solve) The only negative thing is the area around the hotel once was a ”highend” district with lots of luxury hotels sadly the last couple of years the area has been in decay leaving it quite ”dead” which means you have to find a taxi to get to anywhere interesting which is not a big cost (20Dh-40dh), but can be tricky if you are travelling more then 3 persons due to lack of big taxis and the fact that small taxi´s only take 3 people. We stayed in the luxury suite and the room was absolutely gorgeous, complete with our own private patio. The riad itself is very spacious and beautiful, with plenty of areas to lounge around due to it being restored and combined with another riad. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating. Special shout out to Nadya, Muhammad and Hamsa. The food they prepared for breakfast and dinner was summarily delicious. The staff had excellent recommendations for each meal we had at the riad, as well as great recommendations for lunch and dinner in Marrakech. The location within the medina is in a residential area, so it's fairly quiet at night.

The location is great, everything is nice and neat without going into luxury (which is to be expected for the price point), the staff is also super helpful plus the included breakfast is a nice touch (during my stay it was coffee/tea/orange juice with bread/pancakes and honey/jam/butter) - together with the tours that you can book directly (I also had a great experience with the driver and the guide) makes it so you have few things to worry about during your stay. The bathroom set-up is also clean and well put together which is a huge plus. Loved the terraces as well. Absolutely recommended.

7 night stay March 2024. Resort literally in the middle of nowhere, around 30mins drive to centre of Marrakech. Hotel provide free shuttles several times a day, ideally book a couple of days in advance if you want to go early or come back late as only 16 seats on the bus Food was great, particularly the Desserts, fresh bread and omelette and pasta stations. Lots of Morrocan Tagines too that would change on a daily basis. One improvement I would suggest is better labelling of the food particularly in the cold food section as it wasn't always obvious what things were and whether they were vegetarian or with meat. Drinks at meal times are self service and include soft drinks filtered water and bottled Moroccan wine but no beer. Alcoholic Drinks were fine although they didn't always have everything available. Drinks were generally better at the inside bar rather than pool bar. Special shout out for Hicham who was fantastic, always friendly and offering to get you a drink and made us feel really welcome. WiFi is great and never had any issues wherever I was in the resort. Entertainment team carried out most activities in French and English (guests seemed to be approx 60% French, 35% British and 5% other nationalities). They had an enthusiastic attitude and were inclusive towards several special needs guests which really made their holiday. The culture classes like the cooking, pot making and language classes were enjoyable. The entertainment team in general would let you know what was on but you didn't feel pressured to take part. They adapted well to rainy days and brought some of the activities indoors. Spa facilities were good. The indoor pool is under used though because there is a charge to use it. Room was fine, no balcony which can make drying swimwear etc tricky, but comfortable and clean. Shower not very powerful but was always warm. Bottled water provided daily All in all a great place for a week away.
