Great location. But the hotel is not 5 star, the front lobby was fancy but the rest is not well maintained with my room having a broken door handle to the bathroom and the balcony. The telephones didn't work either. The shower water pressure came and went, and the temperature was going hot and cold. The statement of three restaurants is bold with only one being in operation when I was there, one was closed and the last didn't exist. I bought lunch from the restaurant one day and it cost £30!! for lamb skewers, French fries and chocolate mouse, which were poor quality and very disappointing.

We stayed at Jadali for 4 nights and the stay was nothing short of exceptional. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Mehdi, who made us feel right at home, him and the rest of the staff were extremely hospitable through the visit and were always at hand to help with any questions we had, recommendations and bookings. The room was lovely, and the facilities are great, we had a traditional Hamam at the spa which was excellent, and a unique experience. The downstairs pool is incredible, and I suggest making the most of it during your visit. Overall, a terrific hotel, excellent facilities and very hospitable staff. Shout out to Mehdi and the rest of the team!

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights at the Hotel and Ryads Barriérre Le Naoura and had a wonderful time. We were personally greeted by the manager Hicham Halquani. He warmly welcomed us and surprised us with an unforgettable upgrade! The rooms were very spacious with fresh flowers, bottles of water, and fruit provided. The closets were very large and provided ample room for our clothes. The sizeable bathrooms had both a shower and bathtub. The terrace overlooked the pool and was quite roomy. The oversized pool and lounge chairs were quite refreshing as it was over 100℉ each day. We had breakfast each day and the food was amazing! Omelets were made to order, there was a wide range of fruits, pastries, breads, cereals, yogurts, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee, and of course-mint tea! The location is ideal on a quieter street a few minutes walk to the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa where the you eat and shop in the fouks around the square. The staff made our stay very special and made sure we were always comfortable. The concierge Amine was always available and had answers to any of our questions. We would love to come again to Marrakech and stay at Le Barriére again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We can as strangers and left as family. Because of the world class hospitality at the Barriere Le Naoura, Marrakech will always have a special place in our hearts!

Royal Mansour Marrakech 皇家曼蘇爾馬拉喀什酒店🕌 嚟摩洛哥其中一個原因都係因為想住尼間酒店，酒店的主人是前摩洛哥國王，穆罕默德六世(Morocco’s King Mohammed VI)，係2020-2021年被選為全球最佳酒店，全酒店有的53個獨棟的Riad，每間Riad 只住2人， 酒店裡的員工有將近500多人，就算在客滿的狀況下，跟客人的比例大約是4比1， 基本上你上網search摩洛哥，好多圖片都會彈咗呢間酒店出嚟，好多網紅都首推濃厚嘅摩洛哥風情，不過價格亦非常高貴，我6月入住期間已經算係淡季，我住嘅房型亦都係最基本嗰種，都要約$14000港元一晚，不過貴從來都不是他的問題……😂 個人入住體驗: 由於每間房都係獨立的House ，所以入住就要預咗要不停行樓梯上落， 而這麼高貴的酒店打電話去reception，那個人竟然不會說英文(他們大多數會說法語，因為這裡以前是法國殖民地)，很簡單問佢泳池幾點收都答唔到，還覺得你不會講法文很Low😂，而較高級的職員感覺比較高傲， 入住期間試過佢亞洲賽菜餐廳，味道嘗算不錯的😋 除此之外這裏確是很好打卡的，尤其係個Spa🥰，其實另外還有一個室內泳池我也很想影的，不過剛巧他在維修中…..🥲(聽説維修時間還有數個月) . . . . ❣️個人認為性價比低，除非你真係好想入去影相就可以住一晚，否則其實佢最靚嗰個位係酒店大堂，所以其實你只要訂位食飯就可以入去影了 . . . #thebesthotel #morocco #marrakech #royalmansour #摩洛哥 #摩洛哥風

We were both so impressed with how luxurious the hotel was, but most of all how friendly and attentive all the staff were. The cleaners always left our room in an immaculate condition, and the restaurant staff remembered us everyday morning and were charming and funny, especially Rashid. When we were checking out, another female member of staff, Wissal, was incredibly helpful and helped us find the most suitable taxi for us and spoke to the driver to make sure he knew where our Riad was.

Went on a sibling holiday.Lovely clean hotel. In a quiet part of the city, but literally a 5 minute walk to the shops and Mcdonalds. The souks were a 20 minute walk away which was a lovely walk. Staff were all polite and helpful. Our rooms were lovely with a small balcony and large patio doors which i love. My brothers shower door wouldnt fully open so he had fo squeeze in and his toilet was in such a tight space he struggled. Breakfast was included. Ample foods to try. Theres a lovely restaurant there too where we always had our final green tea after a hard day sightseeing. Top floor has a small pool which is lovely and quiet.

It is against everything I believe in to take time to write a negative review online, but I have never been so wronged by an establishment before. I reserved a night here a month in advance. The day before my reservation I got an email saying it had been canceled due to credit card decline which was not possible. I called immediately and asked them to run my card again, and they proceeded to tell me they were actually oversold. So it was never an issue with the card, but they lied in order to place blame on me. I then had less than 24 hours to find a new hotel for a Saturday night and everything was full. We ended up finding a place nearby thankfully, so on Saturday we walked to 2Ciels and asked if we could still use their pool for the day as that was what we most looked forward to for a whole month. They demanded we pay the normal rate of $25/person to use the pool and would not provide this small favor to make up for the stress they caused cancelling our reservation last minute. The staff was blatantly rude and unaccommodating. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We arrived separately due to some airport confusion and the staff at the hotel were so kind and reassuring (especially Mohamed). Once settled into our lovely room with its balcony, we slept well on the firm and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast with its omelet station and range of fresh seasonal foods was filling. The addition of an area where one can catch the morning sun was great. The front desk staff were always helpful with our endless questions! and ensured that we had a great stay. It's a shame the small oasis of a pool is not heated but must be great on a hot day. The roof terrace was not open yet but had good views of the city and the Atlas Mountains.
