Ulasan Le Caspien Boutique Hotel

Lovely hotel, helpful staff who speak English. Breakfast good enough. Beds comfy. Noisy street, but fine with windows shut and aircon on. Pool area in the sun between 12 and 2 (ish). Only a handful of sun loungers. Staff happy to open a bottle of wine for us to drink in our room, and they gave us 2 wine glasses. 30 minute walk to Medina. Lots of shops and restaurants close to hotel.

It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking. There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice. I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though. The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Great location, easily accessible by local buses and airport coach transfer, or a 1.5hr walk which in the warm weather isn’t too bad. Hotel is near shops, coffee houses and restaurants, with a large supermarket and shopping mall within 5-10mins walking distance. My room and shower room were both clean, ample in size and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is tasty and filling, they give a range of pastries, a slice of cake, chopped fruit, hot drinks, juices, and an omelette of your choice, which I didn’t realise til the final day :/ staff are friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again :-)

The hotel was good and the staff was great just on last day of my stay they didn't gave me breakfast which was included in my room for last day the recption lady was very kind and respected girl her name was omaima the restaurant waiters was nice who use com3 and give me breakfast I would recommend this hotel am also hafedh of quran allhamdulilah my name ahmed

A bit far from railway station and medina. But the surrounding area is pretty safe and clean. There is a restaurant inside the hotel.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable bed with balcony. Enjoyed the stay.

The staff were very attentive. The roof terrace was lovely, as were the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was convenient and massive with a few options. We would recommend staying at this hotel and it was nice staying in the new town away from the Medina.

Impeccable

Really nice hotel clean spacious room large bathroom attentive staff and food was delicious at supper. A bit pricier than other hotels but it was nice to finish up my holiday with a bit of relaxing. There is a small pool outside and a rooftop lounge area as well. it's about a 40-minute walk to the Medina

The staff here were so lovely and helpful. The receptionists helped us with booking a shuttle and with directions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Dinner was exceptional with brilliant service in particular from Chaima the hostess. The pool was lovely too!!

We stayed at the Le Caspien as part of a Jet2 city break package. We found the staff friendly, accommodating and helpful. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was joyful, with numerous locals also using the restaurant. Bedrooms are looking a little tired, but that did not detract from a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The staff was awesome from start to end. I told them i was going to propose to my girlfriend and they didn’t hesitate to upgrade us to a bigger room with a beautiful view. The bed was confortable and the region where the hotel is located is very calm and silent. The hotel is beautifull, we tried their bistro and the energy is awesome. Not to expensive for the gourmet experience that we had. The bread was divinal and the pastas aswell. A big shotout to Marwa in the reception of the Hotel. Allways making sure everything was ok with us and explaining some tourist traps in the city. Thank You all from Le Caspien for making our trip so memorable. We will be back to your beautiful city and to Le Caspien for sure!
