One word Don’t go there Everything is bad except the duty manager He was good listener The reception was bad and they take the tax twice They take ensurence more than 50 dollars for nothing No car park The furniture is old in the room I forced to stay for two nights but never do it again

AVOID AT ALL COST. SCAMMERS! - Booked rooms 2 months in advance as, this is the cheapest way to book rooms. ( I take my clients around the world, I travel every month and booked it to cut on costs) This afternoon, 20 hours before arrival, I received a message from the hotel manager saying that they had made a mistake with the price and that instead of the 180 pound that I had to pay, I now had to pay 450 pounds or I will be refused entry on the spot.As I do travel a lot, I can recognise a scam when I find one. I immediately called ***********. They first ignored them but eventually offered to transfer me to a better place or pay for the difference. As neither I or my customers were feeling comfortable staying with scammers, we cancelled our booking and booked elsewhere. When I messaged the hotel back, they were extremely rude and aggressive saying that no hotels in Marrakech were at that price( lie) that they never sold rooms at that price(lie, have a look on all platforms) and were extremely aggressive saying that I will be kicked out of their hotel if I did not pay the new price. - I took the free cancellation with the room, contacted the hotel to confirm and they never came back to me, *********** did. The hotel still showed the full price although I had cancelled half the rooms. - They do not speak English - They do not reply to messages except when they try to scam you Read the bad reviews, I am not the first one to whome this had happened

No burkini allowed in swimming pool. Not written on policy when booking. When challenged management told us to leave immediately via receptionist. Very disappointing for Muslim female guests. Upon checkout, they accused us of stealing towels from hotel after two days of no room cleaning service. Our explanations were not good enough so we had to open our luggage to prove our innocence.No food or drink purchased from outside allowed in room.(room service only). No regular cleaning. Lack of toilet paper. AC in one room wasn't working.(we booked two rooms). Management treated us as third class (were told to leave the hotel immediately on the first day after our disagreement regarding the no burkini policy/poster). Breakfast options limited and same everyday.(we booked 7 nights).One night hotel staff were having an argument at 1am with other guests. Staff speak limited English,French and Arabic mostly spoken and you feel staff members are back chatting about you. Staff came to our room to show us hotel policy which was not given to us when we checked in which included information regarding clothing, noise and food in rooms. We had a terrible experience at this hotel, never again.

The rooms are nice and the hotel location is very well-placed. However that's where the positives end: check-in took longer than an hour (rooms were booked in advance but were not ready when needed), room did not feel safe - had a staff member let themself in to the room without any need or notice, communication from staff was poor, taxis were requested for certain times and wern't booked and staff seemed inexperienced in general - though respectful and well-meaning.

We last visited this hotel in March (2023) and I'm assuming this is when the old owners were still there and returned again in November (2023) after the new owners took over. All the old staff have been replaced. During this stay, I didnt have an issue with the fact that we had to change rooms twice, my parents 3 times. Or the fact that the TVs needed to be charged (like a phone) cause they were so old. There was no hangers in a wardrobe with no shelves, or even the fact that the bathroom (102) doesnt lock and the breakfast isnt the greatest. We loved the hotel and the staff so let it all slide. But, to be able to hear from my bedroom balcony that the owner of the hotel was aggressively screaming at my sister who was alone and in front of the staff for feeding a kitten outside the hotel left the foulest taste to a wonderful holiday. She kept screaming at her shouting NO clutching her red bag then her daughter intervened demanded the staff explain in English that the cats would get into the kitchen and break the plates. Broken plates aside, it is utterly disgusting to be spoken to so aggressively in front of others for merely feeding a stray cat. If the issue was feeding the kitten outside the hotel then this could have been relayed politely and with dignity. As the issue was the broken plates in the kitchen, presumably inside the hotel, how is the kitchen so easily accessible to cats? It's common knowledge that there are cats everywhere in Morocco so this would have happened regardless. I have always loved my stay at this hotel and have never stayed anywhere else. We come every year sometimes twice. It's sad that the owner chose aggression over compassion. Never again.

This hotel is located in a very good location to the shopping mall carr eden and shops & Restaurants nearby. Easy to travel around and get a taxi. Staff seem helpful at times however, disappointed with the swimming pool policy of (No Burkini) modest wear rule! My 5 year old loves swimming, he was really looking forward to swimming in the pool on his hoilday. Unfortunately, due to the strict rule practiced by the hotel management. I as a parent was not allowed to go into the pool and supervise my child in my modest swimming wear. If I had known this at the time of booking, I would have found another hotel that was more friendly towards modest swimming wear in Marrakech. There was no mention of (No Burkini) at the time of booking or on *********** which I feel is misleading to families with children. Alcohol was served in the reception area to guest staying there. However, I was not allowed to drink my can of coke by the reception staff in the reception seating area, when others had alcohol. Bearing in mind it was 44c very hot, all I was trying to do was stay hydrated in the unbearable heat. Staff from the restaurant next door came into the hotel reception area played very loud music at times with inappropriate wording, which was not correct for young children aged 5 to listen too. Especially loud music at friday prayer times (call for prayer). We are a diverse multi cultural society we should respect all cultures and people from all backgrounds. At this hotel it felt like there was a diversion in cultural values. From day 1 one arriving at the hotel we felt as if we were beeing told off! You can't do this and that. We had a night flight. The restaurant& bar next door closes by 11pm. We got food from outside and was not allowed to eat it in the hotel. We had to eat our meal on the street with a 5 year old child. The hotel staff did not understand or were considerate to allow us to eat inside.

We have stayed here before, and when we check in the room is often not ready or set up as twin beds when we have requested large bed. The last 2 times we have stayed here we have had to change rooms the next day.

From 08.08.2023 to 15.08.2023 we have 2 room reservations in Les trois palmiers Marrakesh hotel. Worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. I have visited about 30 countries, accommodation in more than 200 hotels. At Les trois palmiers Marrakesh hotel, the chambermaids rummage through your belongings, drink your own drinks from your refrigerator and eat a lot of chocolate. The refrigerators in the hotel rooms are empty. You have to shop for a drink late. They don't even let you take water from outside. Let's drink the water of the broken fountain. The hotel pool is in disrepair. We entered the swimingpool on 13.08.2023 after 16 pm. The purification system was not working in any way.
