フロントのお兄さんがとても親切で体調を崩した際には薬もくれました。またホテルでハマムを受けることができとても優雅でした。次は暑い時期に訪れて屋上で過ごしたい

Perfect location, within walking distance of some delicious restaurants and all the action! The staff were incredible and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They also have access to a spa which was a wonderful experience.

Security concerns plague this ill-fated location, with reports of crime and suspicious activities in the vicinity leaving guests feeling unsafe and uneasy. The lack of a visible police presence and the absence of well-lit pathways exacerbate the sense of vulnerability, making even a short walk to the nearest convenience store a nerve-wracking ordeal. I have been followed by few strange people. My recent experience at Riad Amina was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench that seemed to have taken residence in every nook and cranny of the building. The staff at the front desk were indifferent, to say the least, displaying an appalling lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. The so-called "complimentary breakfast" was nothing short of a joke. Stale pastries, lukewarm coffee, and a limited selection of unappealing items left me with no option but to seek sustenance elsewhere. To top it all off, the attitude of the management when I attempted to address my concerns was dismissive and unapologetic. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority for them. My advice: save yourself the headache and choose an alternative accommodation option. This hotel is a nigh**are waiting to happen.

Before booking at this property we called them to assure that they would accept unmarried couples, as we had such troubles in Marrakech before. An employee told us on the phone that it was no problem and that we were welcome. When arriving at the riad we could smell the scam coming. They told us they could not accept us and we had to book a second room. After a long day of travel, we were nearly inclined to cave in just to get some rest, but two things went wrong. First, the staff was extremely disrespectful to us, showing no willingness to solve the issue in a cooperative manner and speaking very rudely. They claimed no staff member ever told us that we could book one room, even though they did mention to us that they had the phone calls we made to them on record. Second, they tried to make us pay a price for the second room twice as high as the room we booked a week ago. Obviously we weren’t going along with this scam. Thankfully, we called the *********** team and they were quick in assisting us. I will for sure not be booking here again. Be aware of scams in Marrakech

Worst experience I ever had , not respectful and they lied to us on the phone about our stay after When we arrived they try to charge us mo for a new room over our booking confirmation *** , I highly not recommend this place

Amazing and friendly staff, nice rooms and great food, couldn’t ask for a lot more. Able to book excursions and trips with them and have some nice meals and drinks. Very close to the Médina and the marjorelle gardens and only a 15 minute wal to the main square.

My room smelled like sewage and the staff, while friendly, did not welcome me. Additionally, they overcharged me for taxes. Unfortunately, as a foreigner, I had no way of knowing that until it was too late.

Great riad experience, this is not a modern hotel!....a traditional Riad ( and very pretty)which has a great a**osphere, relax in the coolness of your room, the rooms are comfy, but not luxurious.But they have a great traditional marrocan vibe.The rooftop is great, especially the large beds to relax on. Breakfast is good, very filling, staff very helpful . It can be noisy, but that's part of the riad experience. Close to all you need to see in the old town, and close to the new town. Will come again.
