The host was very friendly, he really tried to meet all our request (even tho the wifi was damaged due to earthquake, he got us a wifi password for neighbour wifi). He also helped us with info about the city. The room was clean and had an AC.

Dont go near it stay well away from it. I'd rather stay in a hostel than stay here ever again. When I arrived for check-in their was nobody in reception. I waited for 10 minutes to see if anyone would come to reception, but nobody came. I then decided to ring the hotel to see if anybody would answer the phone to let them know that i was waiting to check in. Phined the hotel number 13 times, and nobody answered the phone. Then eventually after 25 minutes someone came from upstairs down to reception to check me in who was extremely rude and had no manners what so ever. Then after eventually getting checked in and getting my room key I went up to my room which was tiny. Then I realised I had no toilet or shower in my room which is a first for me at a hotel. I then got told then the toilet and shower are both on the third floor. There was only 1 toilet to share between all hotel guest and 2 showers to share between all hotel guests. Also very noisy round the hotel no matter what time of day it is. Throughout the night there is motorbikes constantly driving past making loud noises. Anything you as the staff they put very little effort to help you. I rather stay at a hostel than stay here. Dont go near it staff rude, unfriendly, not very helpful, and set up like a hostel only difference is you have your own private bed but you have to share the same toilet and shower with all other hotel guest

I asked the man on reception Saturday morning if he knew of somewhere I could get a Hammam and massage, as most places seemed to be full. He said the owner knows an owner of a nearby spa and to come back in the afternoon. I came back later, spoke with the owner who took me to the spa by walk. The lady on reception did say the spa was full, but after my guy had a word, I was booked in for 7pm. He walked me back to the hotel and said he would take me at 6:45pm. Fast forward to 6:45 and I'm at reception, but I said I still needed to get cash out at ATM. He said oh no you're going to be late, thought about it for a second, then said ok I'll take you. He came out front and got on his motorbike and motioned for me to get on. He drove me through the narrow passages, weaving through the crowds, until we reached the ATM. After withdrawing some cash, he took me to the door of the spa, arriving at 7pm on the dot. Sorry for the long story, but I wanted to show the character of this kind man who runs this hotel. And not just him, but all the other staff couldn't have been more helpful and hospitable. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice but the services provided are very low quality. The breakfast is always the same. The quad services provided to explore the desert is a scam. We paid 300 Dihram for a short ride with quads that were stopping every 100 meters.

Considering that we paid 20 euros each for three nights, the hotel is excellent. The breakfast is good, the rooms we had were comfortable and had air conditioning and the bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the tours offered by the hotel. In fact, there is a person who approaches during breakfast to ask if you want to take part in some experience, for example the quad tour. Personally, my group and I decided to have the experience on quads with the hotel tour operator. We were promised a 2-hour tour at sunset but what we received were malfunctioning quads that stopped every two minutes, so we drove for about half an hour, no more. In addition, we were unable to see the sunset or take pictures, due to the constant damage to the vehicles. Indeed, since the quad of one of the guides broke during the tour, a friend of mine had to drive with this man next to her. Also, the place they sell as a "beautiful palmareto" is nothing more than sand and garbage dumps. Finally, the guides did not speak either French or Arabic, so if someone feels bad (as happened to me) or wants to ask for information, they won't be able to receive an answer. At the end of this bad experience, nothing was refunded to us. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY FROM THE PERSON WHO WILL TRY TO SELL YOU EXPERIENCES TO DO IN MARRAKECH.

One of the worst experiences I've had on holiday, completely ruining one of my few days in marrekech. The hotel provided a terrible service and was unwilling to take the blame for it. Supposedly a 2 hour quad bike ride- but in reality 25 minutes of driving with constant stopping in the desert heat. We paid for a solo quad but had to share my quad with a stranger. I don't know what was more frustrating, the tour experience, or the fact that the tour organiser knew it was an awful experience but unwilling to provide a partial discount even when they had given money back to othets Stay away!

Great location just off main square in the medina. Very pretty and characterful with lovely rooftop terrace. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value. Bed not very comfortable. Wifi signal bad.

Sindi sud es un rincón acogedor y entrañable en Marrakech. Pasamos una noche allí y estuvimos muy a gusto. Abdul es muy amable. Me dejé mi cámara allí y me la guardaron 3 días. Muy limpio y ordenado. A 5 minutos de la plaza y l la calle es segura. Muy recomendado.

Muy mala experiencia. Reservamos un recorrido en quad en el hotel que resultó ser una estafa. Los quads no funcionan por falta de mantenimiento/falta de gasolina. El servicio de 2 horas terminó siendo un viaje de 30 minutos. Cuando se quejó con el tipo de la agencia, el dueño del hotel no cooperó en absoluto. Simplemente se puso del lado del tipo de la agencia. Evitar a toda costa.
