Lovely would recommend. Cheap and cheerful. Don’t know why people are so negative about this place, I would stay here again. Clean, beds made everyday, clean towels, friendly staff. Located twenty minute walk from the square, and the souks. Off licence around the corner, which sells plenty of beer, wine and spirits. £11.00, for a bottle of wine and six beers. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful interiors and gardens, heated pools, good breakfast with many choices but some of them were low quality, tasty Spanish restaurant. Unplesant smell in room, noisy air condition in bathroom running all time. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff was generally good but average if you consider expensive 5 star resort hotel.

NE RESERVEZ PAS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS- This hotel must be avoided at all costs!!!!! Do not trust positive ratings, they cannot be trusted and have been paid for. Evitez cet hotel a tout prix!!!! Ne croyez pas les avis postifs, achetes a moindre cout par cet hotel. Ditry bedsheets provided everyday, stained towels everyday, broken plugs in the bathrooms (!!!!), no AC, very small pool, broken shower heads, a very aggressive manager. We left before the end of our stay to a different hotel. This place is not safe! Draps sales, literie douteuse, piscine trop petite, equipements a l'abandon, un manager aggressif, prises murales exposees dans les salle de bains!!, draps dechires, Nous avons exige un remboursement de nos frais. Nous avons quittes l'hotel avant la fin de notre sejour. Nous n'etions pas en securite!

Short drive from marakesh airport(20 mins). On arrival at the Tui Medina Gardens , no need to rush and get your case off first , to be first in to get your room. Everyone is offered a drink and asked to have seat , you will be called out as per couple , to pick up your room key and towel card, this is well organised , this system should be used at other Tui hotels . Room 1304. This was very clean , compliments to housekeeping staff ,are rooms were made up daily . Only problem we had was the shower was very slippy, this was soon rectified by the reception staff and Tui rep, next day there was a rubber mat in our shower. Air con was brilliant in the room and set at 15 deg, concidering the temperature outside was 40+. We had a 3rd floor room with a balcony and a view over the pool and gardens looking towards the Koutoubia mosque, this looks amazing when lit up at night . Restaurant. This is very clean throughout , food is plentiful and varied and if you cant get a meal out of what is on offer you are just being picky . Compliments to the head chef and his team Waiting on staff are excellent and tend to your needs , Pool. Main pool is cleaned daily . Pool side beds there is about 30 beds around the main pool , if you want one off these you have to be up early to get your spot for when the beds are put out at 8am you dont want to buy in to this there are plenty of beds in the gardens. Pool activities . Fitness pool arobics volleyball etc run by 'G' & Chloe the energy these put out in leaves you in ore of them in the heat and they will jump in the pool with you to do the arobics.., this is well worth watching and entertaining. Pool side bar . Run by Mustapha ( the man , the Legend), he came up to us on our first day and introduced himself, his people skills are excellent and always has a smile for everyone and makes everyone feel very welcome. All the bar staff are excellent and have time for everyone. Nothing is to much trouble Inside bar. Bar staff are excellent and will have a laugh with you . Waiters Siad , Mohsine waited on us many times and always have time for a chat while doing their job . All the staff speak good English and will help you when trying to speak Moroccan. Ini adalah hari kedua saya tinggal. Pertama sekali, saya sangat berterima kasih kepada Mr.Nifaoui dan Encik Adli. Semua orang menghadapi ketakutan terhadap korona termasuk orang yang bekerja di sana tetapi mereka sangat membantu dan memahami. Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan penginapan ini walaupun saya tidak dapat keluar dari hotel. Saya dapat melihat betapa baiknya orang di sini dan betapa hebatnya Marrakech.

Very nice central location. Small buffet selection but good food. The streets are loud at night but expected with the fairly central location. Rooms are very comfortable and feel safe and the air conditioning is very much appreciated in the summer heat.

This was a reasonable hotel at reasonable pricing. Was on the 5th floor so good view looking out. The room needs updating was the headboard was detached, light switch loosely connected, shower head holder needing fixing. I travelled solo so this was no biggie. Overall happy with the experience

We stayed here for 3 days after researching we decided to stay here in the junior suite which had more than enough space for a couple. The room was big. We also had a balcony which was nice in the morning to sit outside. We didn’t reviews about people talking about the noise because the hotel is next to the main road. But we didn’t have this issue once doors are closed you do not hear much noise. Room service is 24 hours which is also a great bonus. Breakfast has plenty of choice from fresh omelettes being made for you to a variety of pastries and cereal. Only negative here is there was not enough fresh fruit!

L'hôtel Chem's mériterais de gros travaux de réfection, pour ma part baignoire rouillé, robinetterie encrassé, l'isolation phonique est médiocre. Pour le petit déjeuné tout est au compte goute et peux de choix, pour les autres repas selon les dires pas mieux . Pour un mini frigo dans la chambre c'est 15€ par jour, avant c'était gratuit à la demande. Une note positive les climatiseurs son récents et fonctionnent bien. En cas de tremblement de terre sachez que vous devrez vous débrouillé tout seul pas d'évacuation et aucune prise en charge des clients, il faut se débrouillé seul sans aucune information, seul un employé était là pour faire payé les bouteilles d'eaux après que nous ayons décidé de nous installé dans la rue en cas de réplique. La seul chose qui tient cette hôtel est sont emplacement, ce n'est plus un hôtel mais un pied à terre bien placé .
