Chambre refaite à neuf, bien agencée.
Assez spacieuse pour deux personnes.
Accueil cordial. Literie confortable.
Il a fallu insister pour avoir des sorties de bain.
Oreillers mous et insuffisants.
Le lendemain, notre chambre a été refaite à 16h30.
Nous avons dû patienter dans à l’accueil le temps de la faire. 
L’eau n’est pas disponible, il faut la chercher à la fontaine.
Parking payant et chemin très serré pour y accéder, un véhicule un peu large aura beaucoup de mal.
Petit déjeuner décevant : peu de choix et qualité moyenne.

Mes contacts avec les réceptionnistes Sandra,Marwa et khedidja ont été très sympathique, courtoises et très professionnel.
SANS OUBLIER Irina la gouvernante ainsi qu'Anastasia et Luisa les femmes de chambre qui sont d'un très grand professionnalisme, d'une grande gentillesse et douceur.
10/10 👍

We chose this hotel for its reasonable pricing and location away from the Marseille city center. It’s in a local neighborhood and within about a mile walk of the beach. Nice breakfast every day. But… The front desk staff was awful. First, the staff had us pony up a deposit equal to almost 150% of the room charges for a two-room reservation. Then, when we checked out, they informed us that they had “released “ half of the deposit the day prior and that we owed the full stay’s price of a room to close out. The problem, which I pointed out, was that no credit hit my credit card and the deposit was still listed as a pending charge which I showed via my app. So by the time I left I had paid almost 175% of the hotel tab, waiting for the credit to post. Only took three more weeks despite staff assurances and confusion. Second, parking in the recommended garage was a hassle. It’s around a corner and has a back door connection to the hotel. Front door staff struggled to explain how the garage worked and only gave out passes in 24, 48, or 96 hour increments so we had to go back several times for our week plus stay. Every time we went back they tried to add additional charges to the bill even as we were told on day one that they would just add the full parking amount at once.

Let me first say that i am normally very fond of Accor Hotel, being platinum client. I am used to stay in every possible level ( mercure, ibis, pullman, etc) and i only gauge what the hotel proposes based on the level of confort expected. The Restaurant in Mercure Centre Prado is by far one of the worst experience, i had ever had, as we got forgotten! We received as first dish, a cheese platter supposed to come last. My son never got his soup and his burger, supposed to be rare, had clearly been recooked when they realize they forgot us. Please avoid at all cost!

Really unsafe if you're bringing your car. If I was a female, there's no way on earth I would be comfortable walking to or from the car park. I've uploaded some pics, it really was unpleasant, reminded me of the Xbox game Outlast.

Excellent stay! The room was clean and spacious. All necessary amenities. The service at the reception or at the bar was wonderful as well. The best Mercure experience by far (and I do travel a lot around France). Location is just perfect. Highly recommend!

Be really careful with this hotel. After check out I got charged an extra 20€ for breakfast. As someone claims I took this while I never set a foot in the restaurant. That seems to be enough for them to just take it off my card without discussion.

The hotel was quiet (provided your window closes well...), But the darkening curtains were old, and see through. They really provide the minimum Accor benefits for a gold/platinum/diamond member. No way to get a welcome drink for the two occupants of the room, and no gift as a benefit. Moreover it is the only hotel in the town that does not participate in the free breakfast at weekend benefit. Please take that into account. It is not advertised anywhere and we were told that we had to check it for ourselves on Accor website. The hotel takes a lot of advantages by using the name Mercure and attracts status members but they do not take this responsibility seriously and give the benefits as they see fit. The customer is not in a position to negotiate what benefits they want, so why is it so easy for a hotel to opt out?

This review would’ve probably been five stars if it wasn’t for the heat in the rooms. The temperature was really warm outside yet the hotel said they weren’t going to switch the air-conditioning on until the 1st of May which was not any fun at all. Instead they gave me a fan to put in the room but just blew around the warm air. The hotel is situated about 2 miles out of the centre of Marseille. It’s not in a particularly great neighbourhood and the road outside is very noisy. The hotel is not attractive and could do with a bit of sprucing up to make it look nice. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the room was clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and the staff they were really friendly as well. Checkout process was really quick and easy and a taxi to the airport was about €50.
