Très belle hotel en plein coeur de M****ille. Chambre spacieuse et au calme. Personnel très professionnel. Exposition contemporaine dans les escaliers qui aide fortement à faire de nombreux cauchemars la nuit. Problème de douche avec rapide inondation de la salle de bain et de la chambre, moquette comprise. Odeur tres forte à notre arrivée de produits chimique dans la chambre du au nettoyage de la moquette. Excellent séjour.

For the ones that will got to that hotel by their car. Please watch out, Maraseille is on the top most dangerous city in EUROPE. They can steal during the day to you and at night they will break your windows and steal all what you have in the car and they sell it (even the air fresher- imagine the situation!!!!) The worst of that hotel… they didn't aware us! We kindly asked about the parking and they said the parking on the street is free and theirs is 20€. I would appreciate them to tell me that street parking is not safe! I was not the first guest and I will not be the last on having this experience. The red car in the photo is mine, the other one is a random car that had the same luck as I. Awful feeling that makes your experience the worst.

kelebihan: Di kawasan membeli-belah kecil, dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah, terdapat sebuah kedai kopi di sekitar tempat anda boleh bersarapan. Hotel lain lebih murah. Terdapat tempat letak kenderaan yang lebih selamat di seberang jalan, tetapi harganya sepuluh euro setiap malam. Tidak ada di pusat bandar, jadi senang memandu Harganya tidak terlalu mahal. kelemahan: Biliknya kecil dan sukar untuk berjalan dengan beg pakaian. Tuala kotor. Tidak ada perkhidmatan (kerana ia adalah kedai rantai besar, ia tidak menjual perkhidmatan, kecuali meja depan semasa anda mendaftar masuk, di mana tidak ada kakitangan) Tetapi ini dapat difahami. Niu telah melihat tahap ini dan harganya murah di sini.

The hotel was quiet (provided your window closes well...), But the darkening curtains were old, and see through. They really provide the minimum Accor benefits for a gold/platinum/diamond member. No way to get a welcome drink for the two occupants of the room, and no gift as a benefit. Moreover it is the only hotel in the town that does not participate in the free breakfast at weekend benefit. Please take that into account. It is not advertised anywhere and we were told that we had to check it for ourselves on Accor website. The hotel takes a lot of advantages by using the name Mercure and attracts status members but they do not take this responsibility seriously and give the benefits as they see fit. The customer is not in a position to negotiate what benefits they want, so why is it so easy for a hotel to opt out?

A proximité du parc Chanot, du stade vélodrome, du boulevard du Prado, que demander de plus. Accueil rapide et précis, un parking souterrain à disposition accessible directement de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont très propre avec une superbe et douce literie, refaite tous les jours. Les petits déjeuners sont des plus copieux, on y trouve tout ce que l'on peut demander à un petit déjeuner et en plus avec des jus de fruit frais. Pas de bruit de circulation, on accède directement sur le boulevard Rabateau et M****ille est là. Très réactif aussi, la chambre commandé sur internet ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions demandé, le changement a été fait immédiatement sans aucun souci. Très bon établissement donc et je dois souligner la gentillesse de tout le personnel, que ce soit de nuit ou de jour. Ils sont souriant et au top. Merci à eux.

Citadines Castellane is a very good residence right in the center of M****ille. It’s a 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port, few minutes on foot from the metro and very close to several supermarkets. The check in was smooth, and the reception has been extremely available and helpful in changing my reservation without penalties even though it was just the day before. The room was a bit small but clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with even a very small dishwasher included.

A s shown on apartment city review. 3 problems ici, Un, le boite de securite ne marche pas. Deux, les couvertures de la climitisation (A/C) sont ouvert. Un ou deux de mes amis n'a pas A/C qui marche. Trois, j'ai requeste 5 nuits mais l'hotl m'a offrit 4 nuits. Sur ma dernier jour, a la derniere heure, le boss (ou maman) m'a offrit un nuit addiionel! Mais j'ai reserve deux nuits avant j'arrive a un autre place et ca me coute de canceller. Donc je suis separe de mes amis pour le dernier jour.

Hotel is simple, walkable distance from the metro, room was small but cleaned every day. They don't have some garbage bin in the room, only in the bath, so we collected plastic bottles and packages in a separate package and left in the corridor. It was cleaned the next day. Shutters at night make it possible to avoid street light in the room. But they don't protect from the noise. It's a busy street hotel is facing. Breakfast is also very ”croissant and coffee” oriented but it's almost everywhere in France the same situation. But dining zone is cosy and relaxed. I had my birthday on the day of arrival. But i didn't get any greeting from the woman at the reception. My passport was checked though. For a hotel it doesn't cost much to pay more attention to details like this. Wi-fi has very stupid and old fashioned way of registering via email. I don't want to reveal my email and get lots of spam afterwards. Can i just get a password? It was anyway slow. I was using mobile internet instead.
