Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. Louis/Westport Plaza

Very kind and helpful front desk staff. My room was clean and my mattress comfortable!

Nice lobby and location. Rooms have balconies and patios. Rooms are from the 80s and are dingy. Breakfast is all carbs, bagel, muffin, waffle etc. A place to sleep.

I would not recommend my room was dirty found pop tops on the floor and hair on the toilet if I wasn’t so exhausted with my 3 children after a 10 hour drive I would of went to another hotel

We got there late, were told that we should drive around back. Our keycard didn’t work on the outside door that was nearest our room number. We went back and were told to try the other door back there, since it’s not locked. Breakfast had few options. You can make a waffle, have a granola bar and a yogurt. Our key card didn’t work the second day. We had to go fix it. Don’t get in the elevators. They reeked of who knows what. Sheets had cigarettes holes in them. This property is way past its prime, but is really cheap if you are just looking for a place to rest your head.

Most filthy hotel I’ve enter stayed in! Nothing worked, he’s in the wall and made them change the sheets!

Theres multiple entrances around the sides and back of the building that don’t lock so anyone can come into the hotel at anytime without going past the front desk which I didn’t like, definitely a safety concern. The room was okay for the price. It would be nice if there wasn’t so much damage to the walls and furniture, as well as a lot of staining on the floor. The staff was always there if you needed anything and they were friendly which was nice.

Outside was worse for wear. System was down. Was guided by host to find a room. Host tried to enter an already booked room with people in it. She then looked confused. We finally got a room. The blankets had burn holes. The room was worse for wear. The power went out in our bathroom. The balcony was covered in cigarette butts. We spotted a few roaches. There was a sour smell. We did not feel safe knowing staff could walk in at any time.

When i arrived the property looked deserted. No lights, no cars, no anything. They took money out of my account amd when i called the nexr day everyone had bad attitudes. I called this mor3to speak to the manager and aomeone needs to.pit her in a customer service class

Overflowing trash cans outside the property, garbage on the ground, dirty lobby that smells like smoke .... We cancelled instead of checking in.
