One of the best properties to stay in heart of the city Mathura. Was here on business trip for consecutive weeks and felt very much homely throughout my stay. The hospitality and the overall vibe here make you feel comfortable and safe. Rooms are well cleaned, and every safety protocol is followed by staff diligently. The front desk, housekeeping, Restaurant and all staff are there for prompt services with warm greet in such a pleasant way that will make you feel more special. Special mention to Front office team : Mr. Madan, Mr. Amit, Mr. Umesh for a very warm welcome, quick check-in’s and courtesy call's…truly impressed! Mr. Ashish : Hotel GM, is always at his best to make your overall stay more comfortable…Thanks ! Brijwasi Royal, Mathura leaves no stone unturned to make sure that you realise the true meaning of “ Athithi Devo Bhava” ! …. Surely visiting again…and again !!

Not recommended for peaceful people , especially students . This hotel has a marriage and party hall also . Loud music plays in the functions till 1-2 am . I had my exam the next day . Neither could I sleep nor study . Also , adjoining rooms are given to function people who will create noise and commotion the whole day . Kids were ringing my doorbell and attempted to open my room door so many times . It was hellish feeling . Very frustrating.. especially for the decent price I paid for the stay . The landline phone and tv are semi functional . Need to call again and again to get it started . The 2 stars are for the ok food and tea service and room cleaning guys .

The staff here are friendly, and accommodating. The front desk host from Winnipeg, you were wonderful and welcoming! She made our stay easy, adjusted our late check out with no problems, and helped us get laundry done early despite their own hotel laundry duties. The staff earned every star I gave the Nova Inn, Inuvik. Bed was comfortable, room clean but the whole hotel is a bit rough around the edges, which for us is no problem. Air conditioner in room. No free breakfast. Coffee only. But Nova Inn direct website doesn’t advertise a breakfast included. However, where the restaurant used to be, you have a microwave, toaster, and a guest freezer for food storage and dining tables. I have a feeling this staff would do what they could to help you out when needed. This hotel is basically beside the Western Arctic Visitor Centre. I would stay here again Thank you Nova Staff!

The hotel is situated just near to the shri krishna janm bhoomi, hardly 70-80mtrs. I would rate food quality as average and room quality also average as some of the things were not working well. The lift was also not working and it created trouble for my mother.

The hotel is located just 50m from gate 3 of janmsthan, so that's great. Speaking around the amenities is a basic hotel, and don't expect much. Rooms need some caretaking and felt conjusted for 3 pax, bedsheets were stained, torn at some points so needs to be taken care of but this is something that is as per what they charge so should have no complaints. Suite rooms are just on paper, and i found them more conjusted than their heaven rooms to choose heaven rather than paradise rooms and save some money. They have a good restaurant, though, which i believe is their main usp. Many locals come in to munch there. Overall descent stay, dont expect much as per the prices. If you need excellent rooms then probably this is not your place.

Regarding hotel stay it was good. I had taken standard room which was big in size and clean. Hot water was 24 hours. Hotel is at prominent location. Iskcon is around 500 meter. Auto rickshaw is easily available. Land line phone was not working. I had not taken food there. Overall staying was good.

Property is excellent with good location. Food is also good. The only issue we faced is regarding check out in early hours. We intimated reception in the night itself for 5 am check out next day, but no one was available at the reception despite waiting for 10 minutes.
