🌟 5/5 – Absolutely the Best Stay Ever! 🌟 My stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting was simply perfect from start to finish! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt so new and luxurious. The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds! The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨

Thank you for the excellent hostality for Geo Hotel to their Guest Relation Officer Check in Staff Syazwan, their humble head Chef Zack fm Prata section and the Chinese Chef plus another Malay Chef which we forgotten his name , their inhouse breakfast team GM and swrvers Mr Ismeil , and MR Rizal the guy whom helped us to book 2 grab taxi for us on our check out daty on 27/6 and the house keeping teams whom clean room 511. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the security personnel makes us safe to stay at the hotel on 24/6 to 27/6. The swimming pool was also safe and my kids love it. Thumbs up pf the excellent service to the us. We will surely come again and stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the room, great escape from the town during our raya break. Downside: many plugpoints were not working. Swimpools water can get too cold in the morning. Monkeys like to come to visit. No bidet in the washroom, only one toilet had it. The card access keeps losing the right access to the room door, had to approach counter twice. Restaurant could benefit by installing more fans in the outdoor seating for ventilation. The rest are great.

We went for a staycation with small kids. Purposely chosen this hotel for their Onsen Experience. We enjoyed the Onsen facilities, and its suitable for kids as well. Rooms are generally clean. However the shower pressure can be improved. The staffs are very polite and patient to our queries too. The downside of this hotel is the parking is in another tower. The hotel other facilities such as swimming pool, restaurants, playground are also in a separate tower. Altho its within walking distance, the hassle of walking from one tower to another, switching betweens lift is not convenient especially if your're carrying alot of stuff and during peak hours.

probably one of the better hotels at the peak of genting. amazing view from the room. room was comfortable and there was sufficient space. breakfast service has to be improved though. breakfast was ala carte and we waited close to an hour for our breakfast to be served. even the coffee took an hour. the next day, we just skipped the breakfast completely.

They were really nice to provide fruits on our first day, very nice hotel to stay in however.. television wasn’t working esp the television in the toilet doesn’t have a remote controller that works. Shower gel wasn’t sufficient to fill the bathtub either. Other than that, the room and service from staff were great. View was beautiful too

Booked a king size bed room And hotel gave me a twin bed when I was there. When I complained to Trip.com, trip’s staff ruined my day by asking me to resolve it with the hotel myself. I am a consumer whom bought a product from trip.com and trip.com is taking the easy way out to ruin my trust and asking me to solve a mistake of trip.com. Bloody ridiculous platform who has screwed up 2 of my hotel stays in 2 week. The first problem occurred when I was in KL and this time is the second time. I never had this problem with other platforms

Quick check in and checkout process, overall clean place, good view of Genting Highlands with access to standard condo facilities. Had a complaint of non working kettle, called and informed multiple times but no action taken.

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.
