My first time here. The staff was very friendly, polite, and very welcoming to guests. We even had a hotel tour before they sent us to our room. The room was clean. My last minute booking. Very suitable for relaxing and chilling mode. The breakfast is also good.

🌟 5/5 – Absolutely the Best Stay Ever! 🌟 My stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting was simply perfect from start to finish! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt so new and luxurious. The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds! The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨

The hotel was nice and spacious but the location was quite ‘ulu’. Quite abit of a climb if you travelling there without transport so walking on foot to nearby eateries is going to be very tiring. But overall the breakfast was good, services are great and the i am satisfied with everything the hotel able to provide.

A Delightful Stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan! I recently had the pleasure of returning to this fantastic hotel for my second stay, and I must say, it was just as delightful as the first time! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces from the staff, who made the check-in process incredibly fast and efficient, definitely a great way to start any stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to such stunning scenery truly enhanced my experience, making every moment feel special. What really stands out about this hotel is its exceptional staff. Their kindness and willingness to assist made me feel right at home! It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and strive to provide a memorable experience. Overall, my stay was nothing short of superb, and I can't wait to return for a third time. Thank you for the excellent hostality for Geo Hotel to their Guest Relation Officer Check in Staff Syazwan, their humble head Chef Zack fm Prata section and the Chinese Chef plus another Malay Chef which we forgotten his name , their inhouse breakfast team GM and swrvers Mr Ismeil , and MR Rizal the guy whom helped us to book 2 grab taxi for us on our check out daty on 27/6 and the house keeping teams whom clean room 511. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the security personnel makes us safe to stay at the hotel on 24/6 to 27/6. The swimming pool was also safe and my kids love it. Thumbs up pf the excellent service to the us. We will surely come again and stay at the hotel. Really nice hotel but please remember to close your curtain, the view to your room from down there or anywhere else could be crystal clear. But if you’re checking in during holidays or during the season where offshore people going/coming back to/from offshore, the elevator journey could be a hell of a wait.. i once waited nearly half an hour to get from 16th to G floor for check out.. so plan your travel well Apart from that.. i really had a very nice stay

nice hotel nice service. The price was not so high but very comfy!!!what a good place! The room space is very very big, and the bed and toilet was soooo clean. The facility of hotel very beautiful and the weather is so nice

The room is clean and well kept. Scenery from the balcony is superb and it’s very cooling the whole day. Service is prompt and instruction given to collect and return keys is clear. As it quite new, some amenities are not ready and not all shops are opened. Connectivity to genting outdoor theme park or Chin Swee Cave temple are very convenient as it’s connected via the walking bridge with mostly escalators. It would be nice if shuttle bus is provided to the places of interest as old folks will had a harder time walking up or down the bridge.

We had a wonderful stay at Cameron Highland Resort. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight – everything is freshly cooked to order from the menu, so the food came hot and delicious. Truly a delightful experience, and we will definitely visit again!

1001 Hotel Genting – Under the Same Umbrella as Wyndham 1001 Hotel is located next to the Wyndham Hotel in Genting, and both seem to be under the same management. They share the same parking area, which is quite narrow and limited, so parking can be a bit challenging during peak times. The room itself is big and spacious — definitely better than First World Hotel if you’re comparing comfort and space. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, something like fungus or that “new building” chemical smell, which made the stay less comfortable. The most disappointing part happened on the day we checked out. While taking a shower, the water suddenly turned extremely hot. I was stuck in the bathroom for almost 30 minutes waiting for it to cool down. It was really unsafe and frustrating. On a positive note, the check-out process was smooth and fast, and parking validation was simple and convenient. Overall, it’s a spacious hotel with potential, but maintenance and room quality need serious improvement before I’d consider coming back.
