Stayed at the Sunrise Attitude in March 2024, the hotel is first class and the staff that work there are a credit to the company. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Emmanuelle in reception is lovely and always happy to see you. Rooms - first week stayed in a partial sea view room (top floor) which was lovely and clean and just like the pictures on the website. Second week we were fortunate to stay in the private villas. They are amazing with a day bed, plunge pool and seating area. Gardens - well kept and full of animals from the most colourful birds to geckos. Keep your eyes out when walking from your room to the main area. Pools - there are 2 pools to enjoy with lovely loungers with umbrellas. Bars - there are several bars to choice from, with our favorite being BAR 31. Plenty of entertainment in the evenings from African shows to Live DJs. Special mention to Don, who makes the most amazing 'special cocktails'. Restaurants - there are 4 to choose from catering with plenty of choice. Taba-J - street food from Mauritius. Noodles were lovely. Market Place - main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Especially enjoyed the lunch menu - Club Sandwich very tasty. Look out for Versha - she will look after you, very funny and always has a smile. Ask her about her Gin cocktails!! The Social House - we had breakfast here most mornings. In the evening it is a tapas restaurant, prawns were an extra charge but well worth it. Never seen prawns so big!! Shout out to Vicky - again a credit to Sunrise Attitude and nothing was too much bother. Kot Nou - opened in the evening serving Mauritian dishes. Went a few times, Kavy is a character and if unsure of any dish he will explain in detail for you. Beach - saved the best bit till last, the beach is just a WOW. You can snorkel off the beach or can go on the hotel ran glass bottom boat trip to snorkel out at the reef. Walks along the shoreline are a must, nice and safe and the locals will always wave or say hello to you. We visited the hotel in 2019 when it was a boutique hotel and we were a little worried what it would be like with the additional buildings and rooms. Can happily say that there was nothing to worry about and in fact makes the hotel more of a resort. Cant wait to return to our favourite holiday resort Well done Sunny and the team
