I had the sheer pleasure of staying at the Constance Belle Mare Plage for 10 days in April with my now-fiancée, an experience that exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil paradise of Mauritius embraced us, matched only by the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The central figure orchestrating our memorable stay was Adasha, who is truly the embodiment of hospitality. Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. We have created unforgettable memories here, and we can’t wait to return next year. If you’re considering a trip to Mauritius, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The first impression when we arrived at the hotel was simply amazing. We had a great welcoming from the team and also a brief explanantion about the resort. The room was clean and neat with a beautiful view of the pool and the monumental tree.(9/10) With regards to the food, we went to indian restaurant(Mahiya), the main restaurant L'oasis and La Caravelle. The food was absolutyly delicious with large variety to choose. 10/10. The resort itself is really peaceful and enjoyable if you go for a walk with all the greenery they have. The overall service is 10/10. Trou Aux Biches Beachcomber is a must to go if you are choosing to visit a hotel. Really enjoyed my stay there.

The outstanding professionalism and kindness I encountered at Lux Le Morne deserve to be highlighted. Starting from my arrival and later at the Reception Sector : Ms. Priyanka, Gael ( le ”Breton”), Patrice and Jason of an incredible patience and so helpful, Followed by such kindness and efficiency of House Keeping lady Hema having fixed a worry of mine late at night with 2 male colleagues of hers (whose names I unfortunately do not have). My thanks to Joana too. The outstanding kindness, care and availibity of very attentive Nayaaz and the happyness of Oasis & Beach staff Megane and Aniket, The joyful welcome of Boat House team Cédric and Gaelle and ”boss” Jeremy, the care of skippers Alex and colleague Edwin who did the best on 2 occasions to make me meet the dolphins from very close as well as skippers Clovis and colleague Gael for snorkeling, Special thanks to Kitchen restaurant staff Jessica and Shoobi who so gently baked pancakes slightly before opening time so I would be fit for sailing to dolphins early morning ... The remarquable and obvious passion of the work of Kitchen pastry sector staff Vrushali, Azra, Drishti, Samira, Arya, and their patience with clients, Mention of Room Service staff very gentle Jeremy, My gratitude to Sara (SPA) responding so kindly and efficiently to my back pain... 關於這個酒店的評價不多，所以我很認真的給大家介紹一下。我們預定的是涅槃房型，這個房型衹限成人入住，是在酒店一側最遠的區域，早餐也是單獨的餐廳，擁有單獨的泳池，人少安靜景色美，這也是我這次選擇艾美的原因。早餐餐廳主菜是單點的，味道很好，主要是在海邊景色特別美，人少安靜真的是最大的優點了，真的很適合躺平。 房間是細長的，後面陽台帶一個小泳池沒用過。房間應該翻新過，可以看到翻新的痕迹，不算精緻。 酒店環境和服務都還不錯，海邊船屋有很多免費的項目，我們坐了玻璃底船和去近海浮潛。 酒店的晚餐自助真的不好吃，不符合中國胃口，其他就沒敢嘗試，後來的幾天我們都開車往返2個小時去外麪吃的中餐。 酒店環境很漂亮，整體入住體驗還是不錯的

The hotel itself had a lot of positives - the room was beautifully appointed with an amazing seafront view. The on-site Thai restaurant also served up delicious meals during our stay. However, our experience was significantly marred by the unsanitary and unacceptable conditions at the hotel's Senso breakfast buffet. On both mornings, we were appalled to find flies swarming around many of the food stations. Even worse, there were cockroaches crawling on the pizzas at the corner counter. Despite pointing this out to staff, they seemed embarrassed but took no visible action to address or remedy the situation. While the room quality and location were lovely, the flagrant health code violations with pest issues at the main breakfast venue put a dark cloud over the whole stay. Seeing roaches walking across food is absolutely unacceptable for any reputable hotel, let alone one charging premium rates. The indifferent staff response only compounded the problem. Unless the hotel gets its pest control issues fully resolved, I cannot recommend staying here based on this extremely off-putting experience at the breakfast buffet. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and the hotel failed drastically in this regard during our visit. The room and views don't make up for having to dine among insects and roaches

Where shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!

Ravenala Altitude On reception the people were fantastic, treating two extremely tired travelers to a very welcome introduction to the hotel. We had to wait for our room to be ready, and this isnt the hotels’ fault, it was a matter of turning up early. The staff took our cases and made sure we could have a shower, and then gave us a quick tour round. We then were told we could eat and get drinks and that they would find us when our room was ready, which they did. It was no stress at all. Our room was fantastic, in a lovely spot and it had all the necessary things for our stay. Filling up the mini bar was easy enough from the shop, and we were very impressed with the sustainability aspect that was promoted. The main restaurant “Mosaik” has a great selection of food, especially when a hotel is catering to so many different nationalities, while trying to keep to their own culture at the same time, there was plenty to eat, and it all looked lovely. The cooks did an excellent job and the ladies who made the eggs were always a pleasure to see in the mornings, thank you very much for my omelets, it was a great way to start the day seeing your smiles! You don’t always get the recognition you deserve but thank you so much. Guests must remember, that the longer the service is, the more things are going to get moved around and look like they are running out, the closer you get to the end of the service period, things like cheese boards aren’t going to be filled to the brim. We can’t complain about the food there, at all. There was enough, and it was hot. The choice of different restaurants was a novel idea, even if getting use to using QR codes and your phones to a while for us oldies to get our heads around! We loved all the different foods. The Italian was lovely, the tiramisu and spaghetti carbonara was great, but my wife had the spinach and ricotta ravioli and that was fantastic! The Chinese was nice, and we went there twice, the service personnel were great, the same for the bistro, which also did an afternoon tea. The Mauritian restaurant was nice, as was the Japanese restaurant. The service in all these places was fantastic, and thank you to the cooks. Also, to the beach fast food people, the food out of the little caravans was great! One stand out restaurant was the O’beach! Where the food was excellent, we had a five course honeymoon evening meal on the beach, with candlelight! We also went there during the daytime, where you could get plates of light salads etc. Although, without the waiter, Giles, and his colleagues, the experience would be lost. Watching Giles work was a credit to the waiting industry, he had an effortless way of making guests feel like they were the center of attention and special. Thanks for the service, and for making our special meal unforgettable. The beach front was kept immaculate and there is plenty to do, glass bottom boat, kayaking, speed boat tours, catamaran tours, SUP, windsurfing. Remember to take goggle

We would really like to spend some words of praise and gratitude after wonderful days at Le Jadis Mauritius. We arrived late and from Justice at the door to the Front Desk Team we received the warmest welcome. I know this cannot be expected every time, but due to some work in progress on the left wing of the Hotel (which did not affect our stay at all!) , we were generously upgraded into absolutely beautiful adjacent rooms with outdoor pool. The few of the ocean and the greenery around the hotel was truly magnificent. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and I really want to mention the quality of the bed…Absolutely loved it! The beach is very intimate so it is good to enjoy and get some rest as well. Depending on tide, the beach has stones at places when you enter, so for convenience it could make sense to bring swimming shoes. Make sure to stop by at the boathouse for an amazing snorkeling trip on the glass bottom boat with Joey and Enrico. The quality of food was excellent and we would really like to point out that the staff was absolutely outstanding when it comes to hospitality. Big shoutout to Nick, Nana, Roobesh and really the whole Crew without exception! We really enjoyed our time with you guys. The one person that really stood out to us was wonderful Remu. Such a soulful and heartwarming person that looked after us like we were family. Unforgettable and unparalleled… Also the poolarea with sandy and solid ground was great to stay at. We had a lot to do during daytime why we decided to opt in for Bed and Breakfast only instead of Half Board or All inklusive. Nevertheless we chose to eat at the hotel quite often and I would like to mention that we felt the prices were absolutely fair and decent. The quality and taste of the food was superb! Overall an remarkably great time, thank you very much and all the best!

Semasa Festival Musim Bunga, 6 sekeluarga menginap selama 5 malam dan ia berasa hebat! Tak sanggup nak pergi! Un très bel endroit ou tout le monde est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Je tiens à remercier et à féliciter le manager Olivier qui est au service et à l’écoute de ses clients. Il est réactif aux demandes et d’une efficacité….. Je tiens a remercier également Odile ( cabanon serviettes de piscine) qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable !!!! Un vrai plaisir … merci aussi à Christophe , un super animateur qui donne vraiment envie de faire les animations , à Stéphanie pour Aqua gym et tout les autres …. Un très chouette hôtel avec un personnel extraordinaire, toujours de bonne humeur. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses, la restauration est excellente ,surtout le resto ‘« gourmet » Notre séjour a l’hôtel le Morne était juste parfait! Nous reviendrons au plus vite tellement c’était génial.

Room AC is not cold. Even though it’s set at the lowest (18.5c) it felt like 25c Overall, it was an ok stay but we won’t stay here again.

All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. He throws jokes like it’s nothing and they are always on spot. His attitude towards visitors of the hotel is not only proffesional but also friendly, kind and cheerful. we spent a wonderful time at the Dinarobin from January 10th to 22nd, 2024. All the employees are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face. We went almost all over the world, but we never met so friendly people than in the Dinarobin Resort. Firstly, we would like to highlight Selven from Dinas Restaurant. He served us excellently and fulfilled our every wish. And he gave us wonderful wine recommendations. For us one of the best service employees. On the other hand, we were very happy with Akshay in the main restaurant. He was always very friendly and accommodating. And last but not leastd we were so happy with Berty from the reception. He arranged everything to our complete satisfaction. Please pass on our absolute satisfaction to the management. We were just completely happy. Also with the housekeeping. And we'll be back.

We have just spent nine days at the Sunrise Attitude and I could not recommend it more highly. We arrived first thing in the morning after travelling for 24 hours and were greeted at the gate with cold drinks. Our luggage was taken straight to a secure room, we were shown to the breakfast buffet and then taken to a well equipped shower/changing room so that we could start our holiday immediately. I would recommend having a small bag packed with everything you need. Check in wasn’t until 1400 but our room was ready much earlier and this was greatly appreciated. We had a partial sea view room which was above one of the swim up rooms. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, a large comfortable bed with a mattress topper, a powerful shower and a nice balcony. We visited the lovely ladies in the bulk shop every day to get supplies of freshly ground coffee, local vanilla tea, cold drinks and snacks for our room. The staff at the hotel were the friendliest and most helpful of anywhere we have ever stayed. They made the trip really special. They could not do enough to ensure that we were happy and had everything we needed each day. I would have loved to be able to thank everyone individually but there were so many people that we met each day, from every team, that we loved chatting with. We were ‘All Inclusive’ and were really pleased we chose this option. The choice of food and drinks was so extensive that it never occurred to us to order anything supplemented. We enjoyed the juices, mocktails and cocktails at the bars, we loved having drinks at the bar in the pool on hot afternoons and the cold drinks from the cart by the beach were very welcome. The local lychee rosé wine was delicious with our evening meals. The food is superb and really made our trip. We enjoyed the breakfast buffets of fresh fruit, cereals, hot and cold foods. Curry for breakfast was a real novelty for us! We will particularly miss the vegan pancakes with banana jam. Where we ate lunch depended on what activities we had planned during the day but all options were great - the buffet at The Social House, the menu at the Papaya Bar and the street food at Taba J (fantastic!) The evening meals were excellent. An extensive buffet at The Market with lots of fish and vegan options. We ate at the Kot Nou twice and were really pleased we were able to try the traditional Mauritian dishes- delicious! Our favourite option was the tapas at The Social House and we ate here three times. Both the Kot Nou and The Social House need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance but availability was never a problem for us. There are lots of activities available for anyone who wants to participate. We enjoyed yoga, tai chi, meditation and Secret Sunrise. Our favourite was the glass bottomed boat and afternoon snorkelling trip that we did many times. We had full body massages at the Spa at the beginning of our stay and this was a great way to relax, unwind and recover from our journe

I had a lovely stay at the Veranda Tamarin - the resort, decor, facilities and layout exceeded my expectations. The all inclusive package was very good value for money although it would have been better if there was a wrist band which signified to staff that guests were all inclusive so that we didn't have to continually sign for every drink. At weekends the music and partying from the beach was loud as the property is very nearby and obviously the resort can't control the volume of this however the bar music was also loud and could maybe have stopped at midnight rather than 2am. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.

Walking distance to Flic-en-Flac beach is 20 minutes, by car 3 minutes. There are no shops or cafes within walking distance of Villasan; For a comfortable stay, use a rented car. We had a fantastic stay and would love to visit this piece of paradise again. We had a wonderful driver during our time there, Mr Ritesh Gaungoo whom we could highly recommend. He went above and beyond to meet our needs regarding places we wanted to see and introduced us to the local culture, always ensuring we were safe and well taken care off. Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.

We’ve been coming here for more than 10 years and besides the beautiful enviroment, warm turquoise sea, delicious food and fluffy pillows, the one thing that always brightens our day is a smiley, joyful waiter - Balmick. He throws jokes like it’s nothing and they are always on spot. His attitude towards visitors of the hotel is not only proffesional but also friendly, kind and cheerful. He’s also great with kids and adults of all age. The hotel should really value his willingness, responsibility and creativness. We can not wait to come back to Paradis again and see our favorite staff member again :) Family Krist. villa n. 519

We have just spent nine days at the Sunrise Attitude and I could not recommend it more highly. We arrived first thing in the morning after travelling for 24 hours and were greeted at the gate with cold drinks. Our luggage was taken straight to a secure room, we were shown to the breakfast buffet and then taken to a well equipped shower/changing room so that we could start our holiday immediately. I would recommend having a small bag packed with everything you need. Check in wasn’t until 1400 but our room was ready much earlier and this was greatly appreciated. We had a partial sea view room which was above one of the swim up rooms. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, a large comfortable bed with a mattress topper, a powerful shower and a nice balcony. We visited the lovely ladies in the bulk shop every day to get supplies of freshly ground coffee, local vanilla tea, cold drinks and snacks for our room. The staff at the hotel were the friendliest and most helpful of anywhere we have ever stayed. They made the trip really special. They could not do enough to ensure that we were happy and had everything we needed each day. I would have loved to be able to thank everyone individually but there were so many people that we met each day, from every team, that we loved chatting with. We were ‘All Inclusive’ and were really pleased we chose this option. The choice of food and drinks was so extensive that it never occurred to us to order anything supplemented. We enjoyed the juices, mocktails and cocktails at the bars, we loved having drinks at the bar in the pool on hot afternoons and the cold drinks from the cart by the beach were very welcome. The local lychee rosé wine was delicious with our evening meals. The food is superb and really made our trip. We enjoyed the breakfast buffets of fresh fruit, cereals, hot and cold foods. Curry for breakfast was a real novelty for us! We will particularly miss the vegan pancakes with banana jam. Where we ate lunch depended on what activities we had planned during the day but all options were great - the buffet at The Social House, the menu at the Papaya Bar and the street food at Taba J (fantastic!) The evening meals were excellent. An extensive buffet at The Market with lots of fish and vegan options. We ate at the Kot Nou twice and were really pleased we were able to try the traditional Mauritian dishes- delicious! Our favourite option was the tapas at The Social House and we ate here three times. Both the Kot Nou and The Social House need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance but availability was never a problem for us. There are lots of activities available for anyone who wants to participate. We enjoyed yoga, tai chi, meditation and Secret Sunrise. Our favourite was the glass bottomed boat and afternoon snorkelling trip that we did many times. We had full body massages at the Spa at the beginning of our stay and this was a great way to relax, unwind and recover from our journe

Amazing little place! Yanish and the colleagues on front of house were very welcoming and helpful during all of our stay, every interaction we had with them was positive. The room was very spacious, the shower was absolutely huge, and the varanda facing the pool area was great. The facilities were very clean, rooms and communal areas always spot on. We got our stay with breakfast included and it was delicious, both options (continental and english) were tasty and good size for a plated meal. Team working in the restaurant was efficient and welcoming, ensuring the food got to us straight from the kitchen. Beach right in front of the hotel is a bit rocky, but if you walk less than 1 minute you have a perfect spot. Amazing place, highly recommend it. Just a few suggestions: The place the bed frame as it wasn't in a good shape Extractor fan in the toilet not working properly Softer shower towels (the ones for the pool were super soft, but for the shower weren't)

we spent a wonderful time at the Dinarobin from January 10th to 22nd, 2024. All the employees are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face. We went almost all over the world, but we never met so friendly people than in the Dinarobin Resort. Firstly, we would like to highlight Selven from Dinas Restaurant. He served us excellently and fulfilled our every wish. And he gave us wonderful wine recommendations. For us one of the best service employees. On the other hand, we were very happy with Akshay in the main restaurant. He was always very friendly and accommodating. And last but not leastd we were so happy with Berty from the reception. He arranged everything to our complete satisfaction. Please pass on our absolute satisfaction to the management. We were just completely happy. Also with the housekeeping. And we'll be back.

Our Holiday was just amazing, the Hotel is just Wow. We e joy a lot me my wife and the boys, food was very nice for breakfast varieties of foods, big thanks to the kitchen staff Great jobs, special thanks to Madame Etiennette and Mr Beichoo, from Reception. Great service from them. Swimming pools great my boys enjoy a lot, especially the jacuzzi. Rooms superb 👌 👏 very clean and decoration and the setup itself with the room are just excellent. Hats off. Un très bel endroit ou tout le monde est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Je tiens à remercier et à féliciter le manager Olivier qui est au service et à l’écoute de ses clients. Il est réactif aux demandes et d’une efficacité….. Je tiens a remercier également Odile ( cabanon serviettes de piscine) qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable !!!! Un vrai plaisir … merci aussi à Christophe , un super animateur qui donne vraiment envie de faire les animations , à Stéphanie pour Aqua gym et tout les autres …. Un très chouette hôtel avec un personnel extraordinaire, toujours de bonne humeur. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses, la restauration est excellente ,surtout le resto ‘« gourmet » Notre séjour a l’hôtel le Morne était juste parfait! Nous reviendrons au plus vite tellement c’était génial.
