Hotel Mazatlan dengan Spa

Hotel ini mempunyai masalah dengan kelembapan, dan sedang dalam pengubahsuaian memberikan aspek yang buruk, biliknya OK tetapi tiada apa yang perlu digembirakan.

Fui en temporada algo baja octubre y todo de maravilla, en recepción y al entregarme la habitación súper rápido, todo muy limpio y muy atentos, las habitaciones no son las más grandes pero están bien🤝🏼

La ubicación del Hotel 10/10. Se que son sus políticas pero nos pareció un poco injusto que no pudieras consumir nada (cervezas, agua, botana o cualquier alimento) si no era del bar, en el lugar de la alberca y camastros. De ahí en más todo en orden.

Hotel limpio, bonito, junto a la playa, buen servicio, agua caliente baño y camas comodas, las almohadas un poco duras, desayuno que incluyó mi reserva no fue tan bueno, es mejor comer fuera si quieres algo especial, pero para algo simple y ahorrar esta bien. Tiene alberca y spa, cerca del acuario y personal super amable y eficiente.

El servicio es normal en general, con excepciones, como los de valet parking excelente(te cobran extra este servicio, $100 al día), pero el que prepara los omelettes malo. La comida es buena, al menos lo que elegí, el zarandeado estuvo exquisito. La alberca es genérica, no la mejor. El internet considero es bueno. Lo peorsito son las habitaciones, colchones en pésimo estado, y accesorios del hotel oxidados. Tienen agentes de venta para venderte noches del hotel, ignóralos, esto es de muy mal gusto, te llevan con engaños, que te regalan 3 noches, lo cual es una farsa, solo intentan venderte.

The location of their private beach is the best in my opinion it’s so clean. The service of the hotel is too strict. I ran into problems because of the bracelet thing. One of my family members got her deers erased by being in the beach and she was stopped and asked to go to the reception to check if she was a guest at the hotel but we told the security to look at our bracelets and they were from the hotel and my grandmas was also fading yet he didn’t believe us so we had to go to the reception. It was time wasted that we had to deal with just for them to be yes they are guests. And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place.

El hotel es sencillo y de ambiente familiar. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica dónde uno puede desplaz**** con facilidad a distintos puntos turísticos y de entretenimiento. Me es grato mencionar que las personas que laboran en el hotel son de trato cálido, amable y se siente uno en un ambiente hospitalario; creo que es la mejor característica del lugar. Lo único que veo negativo es la mención en reglamento del hotel donde prohíben introducir alimentos y bebidas en las aéreas de esparcimiento; lo que resulta decepcionante. Fuera de ello es una buena opción para pasar tiempo en familia y conocer esta maravillosa Ciudad.
