I didn't use the facilities. The food was good and reasonable. Tight security.

Hotel past its prime time. Feels old and poorly looked after. Staff is AMAZING. The issue is with the property and clear lack of investment. AC was not working on arrival, 1 towel in the room. Noisy as they have events with loud music. Again 5 ⭐ to the people but not going back.

Very nice and quiet. The only problem is the distance from the Poblado park and all the vibe of that area, you need to take a taxi everywhere, which is cheap but next time we rather stay at the other Dan Carlton, Medellin, for conveniente! Thank you so much 😊

Enjoy our stay here, rooms were spacious and clean. Ez walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. We didn't get to use the pool due to weather.

In general everything was ok, the only thing is that the food on certain occasions was not good . The breakfast buffet is decent and the staff is very friendly.

Very friendly staff, very helpful for anything I would ask for. Room service was quick and if I needed anything they would help me out. Rooms were easy to get to, one thing that ****** was the walls are so thin you can hear the ppl next to you. Other than that excellent place to stay safe area you can walk and explore the city like I did and feel safe. It’s a 15 minute walk to EL POBLADO good food restaurants around you as well.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. Great helpful staff. Morning breakfast was always great, and its location is near all the night places. Highly recommend.

I had an ******* reservation which was paid in full prior to check in and I was still asked to pay. My card was charged but still I was refunded after someone else helped the front desk clerk. Also, the bathroom door knob in the room was loose and the soap bar holder in the shower as well (it was attempted to be fixed with silicone) but still remained loose.
