Excellent hotel. No doubt a wonderful setup from check in to check out. Beautiful bars and restaurants. Top notch rooms and view. Shower was a little weak but not too bad. Very clean hotel. Good housekeeping. Can't complain really. Very friendly staff.

Great location, beautiful hotel. Wonderful big room. Far enough away f4om the crazy night life to be quiet. Close enough to walk down the hill to all the bars and restaurants. Staff are wonderful, spoke English. Breakfast was incredible with a chef making eggs how you want it. Amazing

這次趕上了麥德林鮮花節，被徹底感動了！麥德林是浪漫的，麥德林的精神更是中國應該學習的！ 酒店也像西班牙花園一樣，房間也特別舒適特別大，洗澡水特別特別大，每天都很舒服，酒店打車也特方便！酒店的員工每天帶着麥德林小帽子，圍着小絲巾特別好看！ 這次麥德林鮮花節，看到了麥德林對每一個行業的尊重！非常愛麥德林！

As someone who has traveled to 35+ countries and has held high status with Marriott for years, this is the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at in terms of service. During check-in, I had to swipe my card three times because I was told the payment wasn't going through. However, I checked my bank account, and all payments had gone through. Instead of swiping a fourth time, I had to walk to an ATM to pay for the hotel in cash. I called my bank and put them on speakerphone to talk to the hotel manager, confirming that the payments had charged me multiple times. The manager assured me the charges would fall off as they were pending, but as of today, the payments have posted and no money has been refunded. I will now have to dispute this directly with my bank. Despite being an elite member with Marriott, I was not placed on one of the elite floors, which was disappointing. Additionally, I had informed the hotel prior to check-in that I was coming into town to celebrate my partner’s birthday and requested something special be arranged. Despite reminding the staff daily, after our 4-day stay, nothing was arranged. We were also locked out of our room as the key card wouldn't work, and when we called downstairs for help, we were told, “We can’t help you right now, we are busy.” While the property itself is clean and safe, the service was not worth it. The only good service came from the executive lounge team. I am VERY loyal to the Marriott brand for all my personal and work travel, but if you’re ever traveling to Medellin, this is one time I would advise not staying with Marriott. Update: the hotel just text me and let me know I need to pay for two waters I drank at breakfast one morning. No apologies for horrible service, no update on my money being refunded, just that I need to pay for two waters that should have been included in the free breakfast elite members receive. WOW!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL

周邊環境很好，步行10分鐘到商場，3分鐘到小超市； 房間偏小，但是設施齊全； 還有土耳其按摩浴缸；

The NH is very well located to the suburb of Provincia, which is a lively upscale neighbourhood. We were here for business and being able to walk safely about the district at night to the many bars and restaurants to meet with clients was very convenient. The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable, but are not to the standard of a 5 star, or certainly what the international standard for that would mean .

Amazing place , however they were not helpful in allowing me to check in to my room even one hour early. They insisted I wait until 3 pm and then one back. The lobby area is basically outside and it was raining,,I basically froze to death while the front desk people insisted that I could not check into my pre-paid room until 3 pm sharp. I sat there for two hours quite chilly and damp, and had to sit at their outdoor restaurant (very slow and poor service) and order and expensive lunch because they would not let me in a little early. The place was not crowded either. Therefore my first impression was poor.

Son súper amables , el hotel una pasada! Tiene acceso al centro comercial y tiene vistas a Medellin La habitación súper espaciosa y de lujo!!! Esta ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Medellín!

Suites were nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Great views. Could not find anything to fault it (other than there was no kettle to boil water for tea, but this was minor). This hotel is in a valley so you can hear some noise at night - We were on a very high floor but were kept awake by drilling at 3am for a couple of nights. But I think these apparant building or road works were just temporary. Pool was quite nice to swim in and not too crowded when I visited in the morning. Maybe busier late afternoon. Decent size for swimming Restaurant was good. Reasonable choice for breakfast and we ate evening meal there twice. Staff helpful although we did need google translate as the English was limited but they did try very hard and Columbia is not really a country where English is widely spoken so that is not a criticism. This hotel was quite expensive (the most expensive one we stayed in, in Columbia) but I feel it was worth just paying that little extra on this occasion to treat ourselves.

They claim to speak English but not a word or it. I arrived at the hotel at 9:00pm after a All day flight, they gave me a room with NO WINDOWS and a broken air conditioning ( but they don't speak English and I don't speak spanish to explain to them ) People screaming in the hallways non stop until 4:30 am. No respect at ALL for others. Located in a verry verry loud street with a lot or creaps roaming around ( so don't expect to feel safe if you're a sole traveler or travel with kids! Beds feels like you're sleeping on the floor with a blanket under you. Rooms are super clean, and the front desk is guarded but that's the only positive point I found. I don't know how im gonna be able to stay here for the entire 8 nights stay I booked, if I don't get a refund. If you are here to party and plan to get drunk and don't care about bothering poeple when you get to you room at 4am .. .then this is the spot for you!
