My favourite part of this hotel is the inside garden, the walkways to the restaurant and pool are very pretty. The garden cafe has an amazing breakfast poutine, and the in house starbucks bar was super handy. The staff are all polite. The conference rooms are very cute too, they look like little window shops, which even though we didn’t use them, they were cute. Staff was friendly at all hours of the day. Showers had amazing pressure and lots of hot water. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

Everyone was very friendly, had issues in the room, maintenance was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to teach us how to fix if there were any other issues. Carl at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful, very efficient check in. Misha the manager even spent her personal time to chat with us and share our experiences with her. Amazing and accommodating staff! Each one of the staff I interacted with was friendly and smiling. My wife and I booked the jacuzzi suite and it was roomy and well laid out! One tip would be to include some bubble bath :) The few ”negatives” are.... was 8/10 clean but overall nothing to complain about and bath robes were missing which they provided promptly when asked. I do wish a later checkout could have been accommodated (they did provide noon checkout) but hotel was packed so understandable. The staff checked in daily via text which was a first for us and great touch. Definitely will stay again if in Saskatoon and would recommend!!

Great place in the center of the city. The car parking (paid) is next door. This makes it easy, if you are coming by car. If via public transport, most of the bus stations are near by (2-3 min walk). The room service is good and budget friendly as well. The taste of food is good as well. Although options in breakfast buffet might be a bit limited, as coming from India, we are spoiled 🙃. But, whatever is there on the table is fresh and healthy. There is no dedicated children area, but, a small place dedicated near swimming pool. Swimming pool is nice and clean - where people from nearby community also come to teach kids swimming via a dedicated coach, who comes on the weekends. On the development side, would suggest that membership program can be improved or the pricing. If you do not book with Hilton website / app, points will not be added. In my case, the pricing difference was substantial in its own app vs other travel websites. So take your call, but, this is not related to this specific hotel.

Avoid this hotel at ALL COSTS!! I booked our Saskatoon hockey team at the Four Points by Sheraton in Regina, Saskatchewan Feb. 2nd to 5th, 2023. The group had a total of 14 rooms. When I contacted the hotel, I specifically said it was for a hockey team. Upon organizing this I asked if a meeting room was available for our group to have team meals and a place for the group to gather. We always like this because generally a meeting room is away from the guest rooms. However, this room is as empty every time I walked past it. So we decided to book an additional guest room to accommodate the team. Upon our arrival on Thursday the boys in our group, the hockey players, proceeded to play mini sticks in the hallways at approx 2 pm. This instantly became a problem for the hotel. The boys were told time and time again to go to their rooms. They were playing in the middle of the afternoon, not during quiet time, nor were they doing anything out of the ordinary. In fact, there were other hockey groups staying at the hotel as well who were doing the same thing. Security would wander the hallways and scold the guests for having the doors kept open by using the deadbolts. Our group was all in the same area of the hotel. They informed us this was a security issue. And even went so far as to enter my room while I was away and close my door. Leaving me with no key and no ID to get one. However, turns out this wasn’t an issue at all as they seemed to be more than happy to provide me with a new key without even questioning who I was. The security issue at this hotel has become very apparent. There were homeless, drugged-out people everywhere in this hotel. This is why they were adamant we close our doors. So the hotel's security problems become their guest's problems. We would continuously get security knocking on our door to “remind us” to close our doors. Most complied but some took the advice and still opted to keep their doors open as they were inside their room. At this point, security should have noted that they advised this guest but the guest refused. Instead, the knocking and harassing continued. The security staff was rude and clearly did not like their jobs as they just kept saying “I’m only doing what my boss tells me to do.” Upon check-in, I was asked if I wanted our room cleaned daily. I declined. They then phoned to ask again. I declined again. They then knock on the door to ask a third time. We then had to decline again. I found the staff to be abrasive, not friendly, and almost intrusive. The boys gave up on mini sticks and instead sat together at the end is the hall looking at their phones, playing video games, etc. But the security at the hotel was upset by this as well and the boys were yet again instructed to go to their rooms. I overheard this and questioned security about this as the boys barely made a peep. They again referenced the fact that there are people in the hotel who should not be there. I indicated I would watch the boys

First time staying at this hotel chain. Our last hotel stays at Residence Inn by Marriott Calgary Downtown and DoubleTree by Hilton at downtown Florida were pretty average so decided to try something new. Very impressive decor, trendy and functional. Nice bright colour touches in lobby and room. Room design was the best I have seen and experienced in recent times. Nice to see that they got rid of bathtub and replaced it with standing shower. Room decor was mix of modern and barn style with expose front wall and ample use of wood all around. Very nicely done. Gym was adequate. Didn’t try restaurant. Good to see that they have daily Housekeeping service unlike the hotels I mentioned above. For us, entering into dirty rooms after all day is big NO, NO. Location was perfect too. Close to many restaurants and coffeehouses. Breakfast and parking not included in room rate. We found the free parking close by on both nights and went to different coffeehouses for breakfast. Highly recommended

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for two nights during a side-trip from Saskatoon to see a Roughriders game. We booked three nights in advance via *******, although that reservation was only partly honoured. We arrived a few minutes after the earliest check-in time to be told that they did not have the room that we booked. I appreciate that it was a busy day with the football game that night, but what is a reservation if it doesn’t actually “reserve” the room? The front desk clerk offered us a different room type, which wasn’t an upgrade, but for our purposes was essentially on par to what we had booked. On check-in they explained that they weren’t able to take payment by credit card and asked me to pay via debit card. This may have had something to do with the CrowdStrike global IT outage that was happening that day. I paid $147 that I was asked to pay, via debit, but became concerned because this was only about half of what I was expecting. As I collected my room key and turned to leave, I asked the front desk to confirm that I had a room for two nights. They realized that they had only charged me for one night, but were already processing their next guest. I suggested that I collect my bags from my car, go to my room, and return to the lobby, which allowed them to focus on their next visitor. About 20 minutes later, I returned to the lobby and they confirmed that they had only charged me one night. My debit card payment for the second night failed, as did my wife’s debit card payment (again, likely due to the global IT outage). For whatever reason, they were able to accept a credit card payment (which I suspect they could have done all along), and finally we were checked-in and fully paid. The total cost was about $9 less than the amount expected from my ******* booking. The room itself was a good size with a large TV, black-out blinds and a bar fridge. The bar fridge was a surprise, because we had specifically looked at the hotel listing on ******* to see if it had a fridge. A fridge was not listed, despite other details that you would think would not have needed to be listed “towels”, “bed sheets”, “private bathroom”. We really liked the blackout blinds. I didn’t love the giant pillows, but I appreciate that’s a personal preference. We didn’t use any of the restaurants or other hotel services. They had free parking, which was convenient. They had free wifi, although we couldn’t connect one of our devices. They had a support number to call specifically for wifi problems, but the support agent couldn’t resolve the issue either. I would have rated this property a 3.5 out of 5 if I’d had the option. If we’d had none of the (relatively minor) issues mentioned above, this might have rounded up to a 4/5, but that wasn’t the case, so I consider it to meet expectations in an “average” sort of way.

I stayed here for two nights because I wanted to stay in a place downtown that wasn't a chain. Some positives were... 1. Very nice lobby, you can literally feel the history in the air. The hallways are extremely wide for a hotel and have old couches and chairs. It kind of takes you back in time. 2. Walking distance of practically everything. We rented a car and we didn't even use it. We also walked to the Ukrainian Museum of Canada, the Prairie Lily, as well as walked through a lot of Saskatoon's riverfront parks. 3. Winston's Pub, that connects to the hotel, has 76 beers on tap. I went there every night and it was awesome. It's also historic-looking in it's own right and really made staying here fun. 4. I never used it, but there was this awesome patio on the second floor that gave you a nice view of the city. Then some negatives... 1. You can't get around it -- Saskatoon does have a homeless problem. But so do most North American cities and the homeless in Saskatoon never bothered me. That being said all the doors are locked at all times and when you first get there you have to ring the bell to let you in. I admit, this was a little intimidating but once I got my key card I could just use it whenever I went through the door and it was no longer a problem. 2. The hotel could use some updating. The lighting wasn't the best in the bathroom and there weren't a lot of places to hang towels and whatnot. Then some neutrals... 1. Parking is quite limited, but they do warn you on the website. I was able to park there fine and nobody bothered my car (unlike what I saw in other reviews). Just don't leave anything in your car that's worth taking and you should be fine. 2. The breakfast is nearly non-existent. That being said, I didn't recall the website telling me there was a breakfast so it wasn't a big deal. Additionally, I didn't decide to stay downtown just to eat a generic hotel breakfast. There are plenty of breakfast spots around (if during the week) and I found this bakery that had a really good breakfast. Overall, I gave them 4/5 mainly because of the 2 issues I mentioned above. Don't let other reviews dissuade you, I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again if I was in Saskatoon.

The West Wing is the ”budget” side of the Park Hotel.... Its the older part. Has some really low ceilings in the hallways - weird. We stayed in room 155 at the very far end fo an extremely long hallway. We could barely sleep due to noise. The furnace in the room was extremely loud- sounded like it was about to die and it came on constantly. The door to the room doesn't close tight so can it rattle a bit - especially when the hallway main exit door is right outside the room. Its a heavy door that really bangs when people come and go - and ends up shaking the room door as well. I have stayed on the other side before and the rooms are nice and it was quieter, but there is an extra cost. It was a bit cheaper than the other side of he hotel. Wasn't worth it. No breakfast. have to pay for parking. NO EV charger that I was aware of. Unless you have to stay downtown yo are better off to go to one of the newer hotels that have been built that offer free parking, breakfast, have a new buildings, etc. The positive is there is a comedy club onsite and also a liquor store - but neither are budget friendly :) There is a restaurant here but we didn't go to it ($$).

I want to express my appreciation to the front desk Manager, Matthew, and his staff, Chance and Zee; for their assistance in locating and ensuring the safe return of my client's cell phone yesterday. Top shelf customer service and empathy towards someone's whole world in one electronic device. I hope one day you will receive such a service with a smile as my client did yesterday. Hotelnya hebat 👍 besar dan bersih. Tempat letak kenderaan, kolam renang dan gim yang rapi, sangat selesa, percuma, tetapi kerana wabak ini kami tidak mengalaminya, kami pasti akan tinggal di lain waktu.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Will stay there again! Everything from the reception at the front desk to the service at the complimentary breakfast was top notch. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel stay. Lots of options and really good quality. The hotel and its staff should be commended.

As always I wanna thank Josh for all of his help this time around like the last couple of times. My only complaint would be, that during the last couple of nights I was there, Friday and Saturday, it seemed as though there were teams of maybe high school aged kids staying, and they seemed to have zero respect for hotel stay and little or no supervision, as the ones staying on the same floor as me, caused noise and ruckus and total disregard for this around them for hours late into the evening and into the early morning. I was tempted to call the front desk to make a complaint, but let it slide once they seemed to settle down finally for the night. It’s a little rediculous to let so many kids run around unsupervised in a hotel environment. Now I know it’s not the fault of the hotel or the staff, and I’m by no means putting blame there, but someone needs to do something in future. Also, I’m going to try to get a room on the rear of the hotel because on the Victoria side it’s way too nosiey at night to sleep. Other than that my stay was good.

We came for a mini family vacation and our stay was excellent. The shuttle for the Rider game stops right at the hotel which was great, we didn't have to worry about getting to and from the game. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, same with the staff in the restaurant. The pool temperature was a home run, it made our time there very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

We left Alberta to travel to Manitoba. On our way back because it’s such a long drive we decided to stay at this spa hotel. Calling to make a reservation the lady I spoke to I could hardly understand and politely asked her to slow down so I could understand her. I wanted to give her my CAA card but because it was 90% full she wouldn’t take it. We arrived shortly after 5:00. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Then went down to pool till 6:50 and wanted to have something to eat at the pool side restaurant and the fellow said he was closing early. No signs up to say that. He said it would take too long to make a hamburger because he was closing early. So he did finally say he’d make a chicken burger. In morning we wanted to use pool early before we went back on our trip. Unfortunately the pool doesn’t open till 9:00. My husband decided then to go for breakfast in the bigger restaurant. Only one server and restaurant was full and people were asking for coffee and waiting patiently for their meals. So my husband left. We packed up and left. I asked the lady at the front desk who are the people who own this hotel. She said they were from out east and there is about five different partners. I think they need to know that if this is supposed to be a popular spa place to go in Canada. they need to change these things. Even the toiletries should be top quality , not a mix match of soap, shampoo and lotion.All in all this place doesn’t have good customer service. We won’t be back.
