We stayed at Saja Al Madinah during our stay in Medina. There seems to be a mixture of reviews here so please take my feedback as a pinch of salt. We had booked a room for 5 adults and the room was spacious and wasn't cramped. The hotel location is very good and is close walking distance to the prophet's mosque. We found the rooms to be clean and tidy, what i loved about the room were the curtains which completely block out the sunlight. You wont have the slightest clue what time it is if the curtains are drawn. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and didn't experience any issues. Check in was swift. The only negative feedback i have is that the hotel was slightly pricey..

Stayed as our agent said it’s very clouded to masjidul Nabi which it is. The hotel from any lifts looks amazing. But that’s where it stops. The rooms are smaller than you’d expect for a ‘5star’ hotel. The rooms have fridges in but they do not give you and ironing board nor iron. It’s 14 stories and the has many lifts but can be quite annoying as when the lift stops on your floor the lift may be full and you then have to wait for another one. There is no azaan in the room it self but from outside the rooms you can hear the azaan. The breakfast is on the mezzanine floor. The breakfast has some different options that you’d expect. There is someone there that makes fresh omelette , fried eggs etc and waffles on request. One thing I’d recommend for the hotel if staff can ihave knifes on the table as it’s very hard to spread jam with a fork. The business centre has very old computers running on office that seems like a is a 97-2003 version. The computer internet doesn’t work and was difficult to use. The WiFi is so so. Can be better but wouldn’t complain if it can get the tablet or phone working, which it does but the buffering is annoying.

Good, clean and spacious suites with very well mannered staff. They have a cafeteria in the lobby where breakfast is served, not in the form of buffet but one can order a breakfast dish, with a drink and water (one for each). 5-10 minutes drive to Masjid-e-Nabawi by taxi, cost totally upto your negotiation skills. Al Rashed Mega Mall is just across the road but the road is so busy, please don’t even think of crossing it straight on foot. Either take a taxi (sounds weird) or walk down the lane till a crossing and then come back all the way up. During my stay of 3 nights, I couldn’t go there even once. On the lane behind, 10 mins walk away, you will be able to find all restaurants like tazaj, dominos, mcdonalds etc. Overall, a pleasant stay, 20-30 mins from Airport and Harmain Train Station.

We visited with a large group of 85 in Feb 24. Room size was spacious, comfortable beds. Breakfast was not great, catered from Arabs. They served nuggets and chips for breakfast! only boiled egg option. If you are going from a western country take a selection of cereals if travelling with kids. In the 4 days we stayed all of our group did not get their rooms or towels cleaned. When I asked a staff member to clean my room I got offered. I then went to reception a few hours later and was told somebody would clean in the morning this never happened. Staff just ignored me. The coffee shop is expensive latte around £4.00 for a small cup and rude staff. I felt the staff get trained to ignore guests and be rude towards them, as apart from the last hour on the last day that was the only time waiting staff and reception staff seemed a little bit polite! Location was the best part however there are other 4 stars within close proximity so will try them next time.

Très bel hôtel, moderne et propre, personnel au top, chambre confortable et spacieuse. Petits bémols : soucis d’eau chaude dans la douche et l’éloignement de Masjid Ennabawi à cause des travaux dans la ville mais l’hôtel prévoit une navette avant et après chaque prière

شوفو معاناة الي سكنا فيها في ايقامة. رويال بالمدينة. مهزلة. بالحق. النظافة منعدمة ساكنين في بيت كيف حكة السردينة سرير لاصق لسرير همهم الوحيد كسب لفلوس اما الناس متعنيلهم شي. وربي سبحانو اقوى من كل شي. يحاسبهم على الي يعملو فيه مع الناس كلو استغلال. ميربحوش بالحق خاطر ناسين الي احنا في مكان يستجاب فيه الدوعاء. كيف نتظلمو ونتظرو. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في المضلمة الي عشناها في ايقامة رويال بالمدينة. مرضونة بقلة النضافة منعدما من اصل. حرام اعليكم راكم تضرو في الناس. فيقو على رواحكم. باعمرها متكون لفلوس كل شي. الضمير الانسان هو. احسن شي وربي راضي اعليك. فيق قالونة نزل خمسة. نجوم ياخي رينا فيه النجوم في القايلة. وكالة الاسفار تعدي فيها على الناس تو تربح. ياما اعليك كيفاش تجيك تستغل في المواطني وتكذب اعليهم. يعلم بيهم ربي كيفاش يلمدو في الفلوس. وانتي. المستفاد والمواطن ضحية تحيل. اكذبت اعليه وعديتها اعليه. اما ربي كبير واقوة منكم تحملو مسؤولية تصروفاتكم. خاطر الي يتظلم يحسب ربي. واحنا في مكان مقدس والدعوة مستجابة فيها. يا ويلكم. من ربي

Even though hotel is located around 12k from Masjid Nabwi but thier regular shuttle service with excellent timings for all the 5 prayers makes up fir the distance. The drop off point at Haram of the shuttle is under the haram floor so great service. Breakfast is OK, not of a 5 star standard though and replenishing is slower, needs improvement.
