This review is about the cafe not the hotel. The cafe had a coffee drink called 'dirty' now this drink has coffee and a ball of ice cream in it. Taste is wonderful. However, the service was atrocious to say the least. When you order this drink, the staff will tell you it takes from 15 to 20 minutes to prepare...sure no problem. but after half and hour no sign of the drink. Ask the staff, they check and does not come to me but signals it will take another 10. Now what kind of service is this. I just crossed my hands and walked away. The staff immediately came and said 10 more minutes, Told her I had to take the tender back to my ship. I really pity the owner of this place, it was empty, with 2 tables occupied only. If they cant get it right or maybe it is their 'Sabai' attitude. It does leave a sour taste in your mouth.

Bilik: Tidak besar tetapi bersih dan kemas dengan warna-warna segar Lokasi: Cemerlang! Terdapat kejiranan yang meriah di luar pintu, dan makanan yang lazat terletak di sebelah kiri saya makan dua kali berturut-turut, tetapi apabila saya memesannya, saya mendapati bahawa mangga agak mentah, jadi saya mencuba nasib saya. Perniagaannya bagus dan suasananya bagus untuk minum bir dan makan makanan yang lazat. Gambar 89 Kesihatan di sebelah kanan hotel juga sangat bagus Saya pergi makan pada hari ketiga dan mendapati ia ditutup pada hari Jumaat. Kami berjalan kaki dari hotel ke doo dee...restoran makanan laut yang agak jauh mengambil masa setengah jam. Laluan pendek di belakang pintu hotel sunyi, bersih dan diasingkan dengan sempurna dari bunyi bising tidak jauh. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah penebat bunyi yang lemah Bunyi dari koridor di luar, lif dan meja depan terus datang (kami tinggal di Bilik 104, bilik pertama berhampiran lif) dan saya hampir tidak tidur sepanjang malam. Saya sangat mengantuk pada malam kedua sehingga saya tidur sehingga subuh saya tidak tahu sama ada bunyi itu bertambah baik pada malam kedua.

This was our 4th visit to Kata Sea Breeze and we still love it. The resort is clean, well equiped, close to the beach, has 4 amazing pools and so close to restaurants, the night market and shops. Patong is a 20 minute drive away. We travelled as a family of 4, staying in interconnecting rooms. The rooms are so spacious with great aircon and cleaned daily. Beach towels are supplied which saves a bit of space in the luggage! The daily breakfast caters for all and includes Asian and European dishes. We never went hungry! Just remember you can ask the staff for bacon and eggs which ever way you would like and they will make it for you. My husband had his daily morning boiled eggs on toast just by simply asking politely. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible and it was great to see familiar faces. This resort is well worth a visit for a relaxing break in Kata

Pros 1. A clean sheet, mattress, and pillow provide comfort. 2.The water pressure is excellent for hot or cold. You can wash your clothes in this spacious bathroom. Drying clothes on the balcony. 3. The mini fridge and A/C are functioning properly. 4. The place is in the straight line to the Patong beach 100 meters away. 5. There are numerous 7-Eleven locations around. Easy to get halal foods in this convenience shop at affordable prices. 6. Nearby, there are two Starbucks, one is 200 meters away and the other is 300 meters away by walking. Muslims have the option to order juices or coffee with plant-based milk. Watson’s are next to the store. 7. McD's, Subway, and Burger King are also near this place, but they are not Muslim friendly. Bars and eateries is numerous around. 8. You can get Halal famous banana crepe and pad Thai at street vendors along Patong Beach, but please look for the Halal signage. 9. The receptionist is fluent in English. The housekeeping lady is helpful and generous. Every morning she will place a bottle of drinking water in front of the door. 10. I made the full payment via Trip.com, there was no need for a deposit. 11. You can walk to Bangla Walking Street, Hard Rock Cafe/Shop, and OTOP Market in less than 1km. 12. I charged RM130 for three nights. I love the location that surrounded a lot of attractions and can reach on foot. To get to this place from the airport, you can take a minivan at a cost of 180 baht per person. You'll be dropped off at the roadside and then walk to the hotel about 300 meters. 13. Wi-Fi connection is good. 14. Functioning water kettle. 15. Shampoo and soap is provided but better bring your own. 16. Easy to get Bolt e-hailing service at the roadside without long waits. Cons 1. The TV is not working at all. 2. No iron is provided inside and out of the room. But, this place is offering the service of washing, drying, and ironing for 100 Baht per KG. 3. The shower curtain is very dirty. I hope the hotel can change it to make the customers comfortable. 4. The balcony is slightly filthy and rusty.

I really loved the place! It is SSOOOOOO clean! I wanted to stay longer. It is near 7 Eleven (which is common in Thailand.😀😄) It is also ear the airport. One guest told me he walked from the airport to the hostel, and I wish I did the same. Haha. I took the bus which was near the domestic departure area. It cost 100 baht. Anyway, I walked from the hostel to Nai Yang Beach and Sirinat National Park to get a short glimpse of the beach! I really loved it. Here are some suggestions I'd like to make: 1) Make the signage outside bigger especially for those who'll be arriving at night. I arrived at 7pm and struggled to find on Google Maps where the hostel was. It took me 15 minutes to walk back and forth before I saw I was standing in front of it! Lol. It's beside Wyndham Royal Lee Phuket. 2) The bar was closed on the night I stayed, so that's a good thing. Maybe do something about the loud music just in case, so that guests will have a good sleep especially those who have an early flight/travel schedule. 3) I couldn't find a female dorm and male dorm option, so I assume all rooms are mixed dorms for men and women. I would suggest working on having a female dorm and a male dorm separately. I was a bit nervous at first when it was only me and a guy in the room, then luckily another guy arrived. I was about to book a nearby hotel for 350 baht because I wasn't comfortable and would've been unable to sleep had the second male guest not arrived. Other than those, this hostel is PERFECT! *nice and welcoming staff *shower with shampoo and soap (which I never experienced in my former hostel stays in Malaysia and Laos) *clean toilets with tissue *cabinet with towel and key (I had to pay for my towel use in Laos) *locker with key *really nice living room with free water and tissue (Again, never experienced this in other hostels.) Oh I still have so many good things to say about the place! I'll definitely come back to enjoy the beach more. Thank you so much! 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

For the price we paid, the rabbitel absolutely delievered. Obviously it's not a 5 star hotel, but everything was clean, the boxes in the rooms give you at least a little privacy, shampoo and shower gel in the showers is refilled regularly and the trash bins are emptied every day. The Ladies behind the front desk were always willing to help with questions and they even went out of their way to let us check in at around 1 am. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, my only criticism is, that there are inky trash bins in the toilets, none in the rooms or the hallways. That was a little inconvenient, but not too big of a problem. The location is pretty good too, you can get to everywhere in Phuket old town with a short walk. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel ini terletak kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Patong. Saya menginap di 190 sehari pada bulan lepas Keseluruhan Persekitaran, termasuk kemudahan di dalam bilik, agak lama, dan perabotnya tidak begitu istimewa. Ia adalah perabot yang sangat ringkas dan ringkas di atas katil saya hanya dapat mencari beberapa kertas untuk menutupnya, jika tidak, ia akan menjadi sangat sejuk apabila meniup secara langsung, tetapi sikapnya cukup baik, dan mereka selalu berkata Savadika.

I was happy for the first day arrive that owner look friendly and hotel looking cozy to stay then the night after I'm back from night out around 2 am people still party louder next to the pool and no staff to take care of this noisy people in late night time that other guest wanna rest.then the sec day i was surprised when i left my key card in room in the evening and i am back to my room I was shocked that electric in room close and actually someone came to my room to took out key card then i called to the phone number in the door reception because no one work anymore to ask about my key,the answer kinda bad to me that they say me turn on ac and left room ,then i ask where the key so staff say it there just look for it by yourself then hangup 🙄 but it actually i'm not okay that have someone come to my room without permission because it have other stuff i left in room and i didn't used safe box it about security and about privacy of guest to stay why u have to come check people when they not in room or how you think to walk in guest room when they not there.this never happened to me before and I'm not happy for this hotel and will never go back or recommend to all people i know. เป็นโรงแรมที่แย่มากๆ เข้าห้องแขกโดยที่ที่แขกไม่รู้เรื่อง หากของมีค่าหายก็คงจะโทษแขกเองอีกที่ทิ้งของไว้ไม่ใส่ตู้เซฟ ถึงลูกค้าจะเปิดไฟ เปิดแอร์ไว้ คุณก็ไม่ควรจะเข้าไปโดยที่เขาไม่รู้ไหม เรามาพักบริการเพื่อพักผ่อน เราจ่ายเงินคุณ แต่กลับถูกรุกล้ำความเป็นส่วนตัว พอโทรแจ้งว่ากุญแจห้องถูกถอด แถมยังว่าเรื่องเปิดแอร์ทิ้งไว้ ให้หาเอาเองกุญแจอยู่ในห้องนั้นแหละ แล้วตัดสายทิ้ง no mind service และเรื่องพนักงานยามดึกก็ไม่มี ปล่อยคนจัดปาร์ตี้ข้างสระน้ำเสียงดังรบกวนผู้เข้าพักคนอื่น ตี2-3 ก็ยังไม่เลิก ตอนแรกก็คิดว่าที่พักโอเค น่าพักเล็กๆ เงียบๆ แต่ดูแล้วคงจะไม่กลับมาใช้บริการอีก เรื่องความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัย เราไม่โอเคมากๆกับที่นี่ แย่มากๆ

Nice big room however it was extremely noisy. We stayed for 3 nights and got woken up every night by noisy neighbours & loud traffic. The whole time we were there we didn’t get a good night sleep. The organisation was quite poor aswell. Laundry items went missing (because they got rained on and re-dried) and they misplaced multiple pairs of socks. I understand it’s not a big deal but when you’re backpacking, like we were, it was annoying. The room was big and spacious though which we liked and hot shower.
