Ulasan City Square Motel

Never seen such a dirty room, worn carpet, taps falling off. I reckon the floor hasn't been vacuumed since Last year

Excellent location and horrible motel. The carpet is very dirty and it is super smelly. I didn't want to open my luggage in order my clothes don't smell too. The bed is very small (I am 1,65m and my feet were out). It is too soft and unbalaced, it was folling to the left. The fridge is so noisy I had to turn it off. The bath was quite clean. The windows were so dirty and the aircond made noises all the night althought it was switched off. I had several skin rushes on my leg this morning when I woke up although I didn't see any bugs. I would not stay one more night neither for free.

A quiet short stay. The room is very clean. Would not stay in summer time as it will be very hot. Air conditioning noisy. Was lucky the weather is cool. Location was perfect and tram at door. Friendly guy at reception. Had few issues in room but worth for overnights and short stay. 😊

Straightforward hotel. Excellent location but sort of hard to find cuz it has a small entryway. Very much beside the money changer so its also convenient but open your eyes! Self checkin was smooth. Received email with clear instructions. Building is dated but well maintained. No insects :-) location is a big plus with lots of restaurants just below the hotel.

Very spacious, very clean, very worth much of the price

Very convenient location. And good for the price, only thing is, I was woken up at 4am by some drilling sound below.. which literally disturbed my sleep. Old building, however maintaining for the business to keep going.

Good for the price, good location! But really old and no reception so we couldn’t leave our bags somewhere when we check out🙄

Not for fussy people but perfectly functional and brilliant location. Limited reception hours but friendly helpful staff. Microwave, toaster, kettle and TV in the room. Washer and drier available 24 hours for free. Backpacker sort of style but private room. Good hot shower with good pressure. A little noise from the street but with earplugs not a problem at all. I would definitely stay again!

It’s not glamorous but often affordable and location is real handy

Very nice location, close to everything in the heart of the city. Room was small but had alot in it and good view. Was on the 6th floor but there was no protection on the window so safety hazard. Bathroom shower had a hole in wall where a missing vent was, but great shower pressure and awesome hot water. Would 100% come back

A very basic hotel. Right in the centre of Melbourne. Room had good facilities. The linen was clean but the room was not very clean.

This motel is ok if you are not going to be staying in the room. If you are fussy with your hotel room and want an extra comfy bed, this is not a place for you. If you’re backpacking and happy with a private room with backpacking standard comfort, then this is perfect for you.

Very good experience.. room is very neat and clean . And the place is very quite.

This is the very reasonable hotel in the city. Facility is not really a new. But all staffs are very kind and good location.
