Had to change rooms 3 times at check in. Room 1: door wouldn't open,; Room 2: smelled like a literal dead body; Room 3: good but carpet a little yucky feeling. The staff was cool, tho. The location was actually enough to warrant the 2 star rating all on it's on, tho. Not impressed.

my experience with this hotel was horrible. The first day that I checked in there was a woman with her two boys, begging for towes for her and her children to take showers. the hotel concierge had no empathy for her situation, its the hotels resposibility to provide these eminities. I stayed at this hotel for a week, i could not get towels, the hotel staff is VERY RUDE, and does not cater to their customers needs,... the hotels has roaches, the breakfask was horrible. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

I was a bit nervous due to the reviews. However, I was very impressed with the room. It looked clean, no mold as stated in other reviews. Here for a day. The breakfast however is cereal and muffins , but will do the job if you need something. $55 Priceline

Pictures from management are old and this place looks NOTHING like them! "Safety"- From the moment we entered the parking lot, we knew something was off. There is a guard at the gate, that isn't guarding anything. Guest are roaming up and down the hallway as if they own the hotel, and I felt threatened by them. I have never experienced living in the projects, but I imagine I got a taste of it by having to stay here, and unless that is your type of environment then DO NOT stay here! "Cleanliness"- The towels were dirty and so was the bathroom. I had to use shower shoes to take a shower because the shower was moldy and the handle was broken. The phone did not work when I tried to call the lobby for clean towels. When I called using my phone, they didn't have anyone available to take them to the room and I had to go back down to the lobby where, once again, guests were roaming up and down as if they were patrolling the area...and not in a safe manner. The cleanliness of the hotel was pretty much inexistent, and everywhere you looked something was falling apart. "The Breakfast"- This consisted of a continental style breakfast, but the food serving area was so dirty, I wouldn't dare touch any of it! The microwave looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks with baked on food all over it. This place was seriously disappointing and needs to be torn down!

I checked in very late after a major flight delay, exhausted and mildly frustrated from having to wait 30 minutes for an Uber (only chose this hotel because it's relatively close to the airport). I walked into a freezing cold room that didn't smell pleasant. It was slightly clean, and although I always bring my own pillow cases, I was so glad I also brought a sheet. Also, thankfully I had taken a hot shower just before my flight because the water only got lukewarm and I let it run for 10 minutes. I'm still waiting for the hot water and it's now 9:00 a.m. so maybe it will get hot before I check out? I'm glad this is just one night because I was too exhausted to request a different room. But to be honest I don't imagine any of them to be much better. You really do get what you pay for but I do expect at least the basics to be in order. If you literally just need a place to lay your head, this is the place, but bring your own cleaning supplies and hot water tank.

Hotel was not clean. Carpets in hallways and elevator were dirty and stained. Due to nonrefundable stay, we only stayed one night then moved to a nicer place. Hampton inn was much better choice. When we went to leave, a maintenance worker was painting the outside of building and splashed paint allover my vehicle. I advised the manager of the issue, and his only response was "I am very sorry and I will speak to the worker ". Did not offer to try clean the paint off my vehicle or anything. Terrible hotel and staff.

This hotel was just bought and is being remodeled as of 10/15/22. It was cheap, but for good reason. It should have been cheaper. They offered discounts at nearby ihop because they knew some people wouldn’t like their breakfast. I’ve been in worse hotels, but this is the first time the pictures did not match the experience by such a long shot. I hope they get themselves figured out soon.

My Pastor checked me and my fiance in on April 16th as we were going to Church in Southhaven, MS for Easter Service. The guy at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful. The hotel is being renovated at the present time (found this out from the front desk). We had a King bed room, and the bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The only thing of note was the bathroom had a smell, which appeared to come from the drain in the shower. Otherwise, I would stay again.
