Hotel Merced dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Truly an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. Very efficient that the have a restaurant & Starbucks in the lobby. Don't let the hotel food fool you, it is so delicious and it's about the same price, maybe even cheaper, than if you eat out some where else. Indoor heated pool with a working a jacuzzi, like what could you ask for? Oh yea, they had a outside firepit which was great. All in all if you're looking for a great place, with top of the line service, go here to Courtyard by Marriot in Merced!

We just spent two months staying here before we moved into our house. The hotel is pretty standard but the employees made it outstanding! Most mornings were spent with the fabulous, Kit! Kit makes sure that everything on the breakfast set up is just so. She is quick with a smile and so very helpful. Then there is Qay (Spelling?). Qay works the front desk and is a really thoughtful person that made sure we always had what we needed. Qay was a delight and someone we were happy to get to know.

We spent one night at the El Capitan hotel as a stop over while travelling from Yosemite to the Coast. We wished we had stayed longer! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the furnishings and styling were gorgeous and the bathroom and products provided felt luxurious. Merced is a town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants too. We enjoyed breakfast at the Rainbird which was absolutely delicious. There was some noise from the trainline and the surrounding bars but earplugs were provided and it didn’t dampen the experience at all.

I visited the place it’s like a small family and community very good the receptionist helped me in one way or the other the people that help clean the room helped me by giving me some things for my personal hygiene . And the person that really helped was Maria a staff member in the kitchen she was really nice and wanted to know if I need anything engaged in conversations and made sure I wasn’t bored I’ll give the trip a 10/10 Give Maria a raise lol

We arrived at 1230pm, and the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early without extra charge. Room was modern, clean, location was convenient (Dennys and Mac's just nearby). Bed was comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer, you just have to put 2.50 for normal wash and 2.50 for normal dryer. Also located close to regional airport for us to catch a flight the next day. Complimentary breakfast was also provided which was a pleasant surprise. Everything exceeded expectations

Manny answered when I called after our arrival time and I told him we couldn’t drive in the dark and he said he would cancel and not charge us and said it’s Christmas I won’t charge you. All I can say to that is, I wish more people were kind and compassionate like Manny. And if we are back in Merced again, I am going to stop and stay there and thank him personally, what awesome customer service, and as a Platinum Choice Privileges Member, I’m letting them know also. Thank you Manny, on a fixed income at Christmas this was a big help!!!

房間比較小，1張床劉剛好合適，2張床的話就太擁擠了，還好這次是一個人 所以還算可以！ 房間剛翻修過一段時間，所以看起來一切都還蠻新，這個價格在加州算是好的了，就是靠近高速路 有點吵，早上吵得有點睡不着了！！！！

Wonderful stay for the area. No homeless in the parking lot. Staff really seems to care about their hotel.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Frühstück wir üblich: Continental Breakfast mit Bagel, Toast, Creme Cheese, Obst, Tee, Kaffee, Saft, Oatmeal etc. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und im Bad waren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen, die durch ordentliche Reinigung hätten beseitigt werden können. Außerdem hatte die Putzfrau ein altes Handtuch auf dem Boden vergessen. Aber das allerschlimmste war der Pool: das Wasser verdreckt und es lagen noch Shirts und Sonnenbrillen am Poolrand. Anstatt Liegen standen 7 Stühle bereit. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht und waren dementsprechend enttäuscht. Leider wurde auf unsere Beschwerde hin nur gesagt: sorry, hier waren ein paar Studenten über Nacht und ausgerechnet heute war der Poolmann nicht gekommen... Wir möchten dieses Hotel nach dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.
