Belle bâtisse chargée d’histoire. Un cadre apaisant

Situated in a good location, near to train station and attraction.

The location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away.The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small.The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.

J'ai adoré mon séjour. La chambre était sympa, c'était juste dommage que le contour du lit ai des déchirures pour l'esthétique. Le personnel est très accueillant et explique bien les prestations. J'ai pris un soin, massage signature que l'hôtel propose. Il a été bien réalisé et la pièce était bien apaisante. À l'arrivée, on vous offre un petit sachet de bienvenue gratuit. Et si vous ne souhaitez pas que la chambre soit nettoyée tous les jours, on vous mets une petite surprise le matin à la poignée de la porte, que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Je recommanderai cet hôtel auprès de mon entourage, parce que je suis satisfaite de celui-ci.

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop, Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn  Restaurant is een aanrader  Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The room is nice but you can still hear when people walking outside.

Cet hôtel répond à nos attentes. Très pratique surtout lorsque l on a un séminaire sur place Le restaurant est ouvert tard le soir Par contre le service au restaurant a été trop long et la nourriture pourrait être plus fine

Meme si légèrement vieillissant bon hotel bien placé dans obernai. Le spa en accès libre est un plus. Chambre au calme

Ein ehemaliges Campanile, das wohl in diesem Jahr von Brit übernommen wurde. Zur Architektur von Campanile gehört kein Aufzug und keine Klimaanlage. Mein Badezimmer hatte eine Wanne. Da es abends kein warmes Wasser gab, bekam ich das gute Frühstück umsonst. Es gab Wurst und Käse und auch ein paar zubereitete Desserts. Es gab auch bio Joghurt (Foto). Zur Anlage gehört ein großer Garten.(Foto). Das Hotel wird renoviert und dann wohl teurer sein.
