"Lokasi adalah tangkapan utama - 7 minit memandu ke lapangan terbang dan 1 minit berjalan kaki ke sempadan Perancis/Swiss. Perhentian bas terletak betul-betul di hadapan hotel dan perhentian trem hanya 4 minit jauhnya. Apartmen ini ok, hanya asas. Hartanah ini agak lama tetapi diselenggara dengan baik tetapi boleh menggunakan beberapa pengubahsuaian terutamanya permaidani. Saya dapati bau lucu semasa saya melangkah masuk ke dalam bilik (saya rasa ia dari permaidani). Perkhidmatan ini hebat, kakitangan melayani anda dengan senyuman sentiasa. Terdapat kolam renang peribadi. Terdapat dapur kecil di dalam bilik dengan beberapa keperluan (peti sejuk, cerek, periuk, pinggan, ketuhar gelombang mikro, kutleri, induksi dan sebagainya) walaupun saya tidak sempat menggunakannya. Bilik luas tetapi bilik mandi kecil. Pembersihan boleh dilakukan dengan lebih baik - terdapat beberapa helai rambut di lantai, habuk/kotoran pada kerusi dan penghalang di pintu belakang/balkoni. Saya suka pintu utama sentiasa berkunci dan anda diberi kod untuk membuka kuncinya dari luar, berasa selamat. Ada seseorang di kaunter penerimaan tetamu 24 Jam. Terdapat sebuah restoran betul-betul bertentangan dengan hartanah, saya makan malam di sana pada malam pertama saya, tidak buruk dan harganya berpatutan. Lebih banyak kafe, kedai dan restoran di tepi jalan kira-kira 3/4 minit berjalan kaki. Wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu membantu saya memesan teksi ke lapangan terbang. Tuala tangan dan span baharu di dapur kecil Secara keseluruhannya, tidak teruk dan harganya berpatutan."

Very friendly front desk, competitive parking prices and convenient location. Room itself was spacious, nice water pressure from the showerhead as well.

ExploreWithMoThe location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away.The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small.The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience.
The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression.
That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing.
We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned.
Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating.
In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop,
Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn
Restaurant is een aanrader
Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.
The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.
The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.
You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.
Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

The location was very convenient, close to the station!
It's an apartment-style hotel, so I thought it was convenient that it had a stove, washing machine, pots, etc.
I was happy that the welcome fruit included clementines and chocolates.
I thought breakfast was a little pricey at 20 euros.
It would have been nice if there had been more food that gave a more Alsatian feel.

hôtel charmant et élégant, excellent service à la piscine avec champagne froid et autres boissons, eau de la piscine à température idéale et cuisine délicieuse au restaurant (meilleur escargot que nous ayons jamais mangé) Je remercie le personnel de l'hôtel (surtout à l'arrivée où la dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et efficace) tout le personnel qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de bonne humeur dans tous les espaces de l'hôtel !
