From the start even before my trip the staff were very accommodating to allow me to check in a bit later as my flight arrived after usual check in schedule (which Trip.com was able to assist with the change). Service was really great people and the staff are very nice and helpful to answer any questions. They upgraded my double bed to a king. The room was very clean and had a great view of Paseo Montejo. The pool was outdoors and enjoyable with nice weather and the gym was adequate. The staff member called a taxi for me when I left and waited outside to hail it down. I would definitely come back for the impeccable service and friendly staff! Location itself was a big plus as well!

It's amazing, his is definitely the only hotel I will come back every year for our anniversary for sure, the staff it's amazing, they make you feel at home, Nadia, with a the first warm smile you will see, Moisés and armando at the restaurant, Guillermo taking care of the customers at night, the attention to details that all of them have, and each of them make you feel so special and welcome, Mr. Irwink an amazing person, standing obation! He took the time to explain what the dish has and the ingredients from the Yucatecan cuisine, his customer service goes beyond any expectation, all of them exceed the expectations no matter how high they are, and the room it's so luxurious on a very modern way, the food it's incredible, overall an amazing experience, I will definitely come back every year!!

Hotel is located very near to the center, offers free parking and the staff is very nice. For the price you should be satisfied. However, for the 4 stars claimed, there are few areas of improvement. The isolation is bad, you can hear all other guests. The drains are kind of clogged so water keeps gathering in the bathroom. The bed, although it‘s advertised as a double bed, can hardly accommodate two persons, even if they are hugging. There were also some bugs in the room, not cockroaches but still, so there is a need of some measure there. All in all, a good place if you want good value for money and be central in Merida.

This place was great! Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. The pool was nice and we were within walking distance of restaurants and some beautiful historic buildings. Parking was provided which was really great and the staff were wonderful! We had a bit of a medical emergency and the night attendant was kind enough to help us get the care we needed. Really above and beyond! Muchas gracias!!!!!!!

Elegí este hotel por su ubicación a tan sólo una cuadra del inicio de Paseo de Montejo. Superó mis expectativas. La habitación estaba impecable, espaciosa y bien cuidada; nada de mobiliario gastado o que luciera en malas condiciones. Estuve en una habitación que tenía balcón que daba hacia la calle 56, pero no tuve problema de ruidos con el tránsito. Quizá en parte porque los domingos el movimiento vehicular es bastante bajo en el centro de Mérida. El aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba perfectamente, y es necesario para soportar las altas temperaturas en el exterior durante el día. En el baño, la presión del agua (tanto fría como caliente, regulada con la llave) es muy buena. Dentro de la habitación hay un frigobar/hielera (muy útil para guardar tus alimentos y bebidas) y caja de seguridad para objetos de valor. El personal de recepción siempre me atendió con amabilidad, ayudándome a resolver mis dudas de transporte público para desplazarme a mi destino. Llegué al hotel muy temprano por la mañana y pude dejar mis cosas guardadas con ellos para poder aprovechar la mañana recorriendo la ciudad hasta que diera la hora del check-in. El centro (Catedral, Plaza Grande) está a unas 8 o 9 cuadras, y es fácil llegar siguiendo la calle 60. Justo frente al hotel está el botanero ”El Lucero”, una opción buena para cenar sin tener que desplazarte mucho.
