Hotel berhampiran GRAN TIANGUIS, Merida

The hotel location is very close to tourist attractions and the is very nice. Also, there is a safety parking lot with a security guard and security door.

Fui por emergencia Familiar, mi hermano y yo hicimos una reservación para quedarnos ahí 5 días, la habitación que reservamos fue de 2 camas individuales, al llegar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que era de la mitad de una habitación normal, ahora bien nosotros no íbamos a quedar mas en el hospital que en la habitación pero la gran sorpresa es que las camas estaban JUNTAS!!! así es juntas!! haciendo una tipo King size, pensamos que se equivocaron y fuimos a recepción y dijeron que esa era la habitación 2 camas individuales que si en priceline no lo menciona no es su problema, que si queríamos, podíamos separarlas, eso hicimos pero es tan..tan..tan pequeña la habitación que lo máximo que pudimos separarlas fueron 15cm cual es una broma. pero bueno eso fue, la habitación es solo para solteros o parejas, para todo lo demás; amigos, Familias etc,etc, no sirve para nada no hay espacio ni para poner las maletas!!!!! bueno si no te importa ponerlas en el pasillo...bueno. a perdon se me olvida algo las camas son un ladrillo, duras!

Stayed 2 nights here. Here are the pros and cons. PROS * LOCATION - The Zocalo is only a couple of hundred meters up the road so this was in prime location. The central ado bus station was within walking distance although for memory was about a kilometre and a half walk so you may want to consider a taxi. * AIR CONDITIONING - Worked well * HOT WATER - Worked * WIFI - Worked and didn’t drop out CONS * NO NATURAL LIGHT - Our room had one window which opened onto the communal corridor so there was no natural light. This was not advertised at time of booking. * SECURITY - The large window that opened onto the communal corridor couldn’t be locked. This meant when we were out of the room someone could easily just open it up and get into our room. I was very uncomfortable with this and made reception aware. They sent someone up to fix it but it wasn’t fixed when we returned. I noted the room opposite ours had the same issue when I tested its window. * NOT CLEAN - When we went to use the pool there was a thick algae bloom and scum on the surface. It was not swimmable. * NOISE - This hotel seems to have a relationship with large tour operators. As such large groups of people come in the afternoon and leave early in the morning. They made a lot of noise in the mornings when they would leave and this went through the walls. Overall we weren’t happy with our stay and wouldn’t recommend this to others.

It's amazing, his is definitely the only hotel I will come back every year for our anniversary for sure, the staff it's amazing, they make you feel at home, Nadia, with a the first warm smile you will see, Moisés and armando at the restaurant, Guillermo taking care of the customers at night, the attention to details that all of them have, and each of them make you feel so special and welcome, Mr. Irwink an amazing person, standing obation! He took the time to explain what the dish has and the ingredients from the Yucatecan cuisine, his customer service goes beyond any expectation, all of them exceed the expectations no matter how high they are, and the room it's so luxurious on a very modern way, the food it's incredible, overall an amazing experience, I will definitely come back every year!!

I stay in this hotel twice ! Very good and the staff very nice Big size and near downtown have many restaurants in there and many taco shop can eat ! Very good 🌈

Kami berada di sini semasa Hurricane Delta. Perkhidmatan itu tidak konsisten. Wifi tidak berfungsi, dan tiada siapa yang mengambil berat sama ada untuk menukar bilik kami atau membaikinya. Secara keseluruhan bilik kelihatan bagus, dan ia selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, kami mungkin tidak akan memilih untuk tinggal di sini lagi.
