酒店位置很好，離波爾多機場2站路，卻很安靜。有停車場，和酒店內部花園游泳池，一層是連鎖牛排餐廳。非常棒。床上用品會稍微陳舊一點，其它都很好。

ALLA RECEPTION MI HANNO FATTO (RI)PAGARE L'IMPORTO DELLA NOTTE, DICENDO CHE IL PAGAMENTO FATTO CON TRIP.COM ERA SOLO UNA PRENOTAZIONE E NON ERA STATO RICEVUTO. DOPO AVER(RI) PAGATO, QUANDO HO MOSTRATO CHE IL PAGAMENTO CON TRIP.COM ERA STATO EFFETTUATO, MI HANNO DETTO CHE NON CI POTEVANO FARE NIENTE. AL MOMENTO HO PAGATO DOPPIO E SONO IN ATTESA DI RISOLUZIONE LA SETTIMANA PROSSIMA. TUTTO QUESTO DI NOTTE. PURTROPPO MOLTO INSODDISFACENTE

I visited Quality Suites Bordeaux Merignac in May 2021 for a family trip. We were warmly welcomed and given all the explanations regarding the hotel facilities and rooms. The reception staff was well prepared, with friendly approach: they made us feel home. The hotel restaurant was closed due to COVID restrictions, but the staff gave us plenty of support for ordering food from some outside restaurants. The hotel has a large free parking, a nice bar and a very good selection of wines. The room was spacious, cleaning was well done and it was a pleasure to sleep in a bed equipped with a new excellent mattress. We used the kitchenette to cook and we found it well equipped with all sort of cutlery and cooking tools. I'm overall very satisfied and I would like to thank the staff for making so enjoyable our stay, we will definitely return.

Séjour de 4nuits , il manquait certaines choses pour faire la cuisine, et on m’a tout de suite fourni tout ce qu’il me fallait . Très bon accueil et très bonne réactivité lors de demande. Donc satisfait !

We had booked this hotel for 7 days. There is a tramline into Bordeaux that goes from outside the hotel and takes about 30 minutes. We bought a 7 day ticket and used it every day so excellent value but the trams are very busy sometimes so we had to stand on some trips. If you're staying here and don't want to use the tram then you'll definitely need a car as it's basically on the side of the motorway. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we checked in. Rooms are big and clean. Nice and quiet. Loads of parking. Breakfast was okay. The pool is very small (not really big enough to swim in it) and not heated so we didn't use it. Overall a nice hotel, but probably more suited for business use or stop overs due to location.

Excellente literie et piscine très chaude et propreté irréprochable. Accueil parfait et le petit-déjeuner buffet très très très bon, généreux et de grande qualité. Le parking est très grand et le calme parfait.

Comparte la recepción con el Hotel Campanile, y eso se agradece, pues tienes recepción las 24 horas del día. A mi personalmente no me gusta hacer el Checking con una máquina. La habitación es moderna y suficientemente amplia. El hotel debe ser nuevo o construido hace poco. Personalmente he estado cómodo en la habitación y la relación calidad-precio me ha parecido muy buena. Como cosas negativas, que no hay jabón de manos en el baño (tienes que utilizar el dispensador de la ducha) y que está en una zona donde hay muchos mosquitos (al menos a principios de septiembre, que es cuando yo me he alojado), con lo que no puedes abrir la ventana. Eso sí, la habitación está climatizada y desde ese punto tampoco es necesario abrirla. Está en una zona no residencial, cerca del aeropuerto y lejos del centro de Burdeos. Hay una parada de tranvía al lado y tiene un parking gratuito bastante amplio.

We spent a night at the end of our holiday and we’re pleasantly surprised from entering the spacious lobby. The decor was pleasant included a water wall and living wall features, and we were surprised to see an outdoor pool and seating area. We were greeted by friendly staff and our room 314 looked recently refurbished with a Japanese theme. The air con was welcome and the bed comfortable and bathroom had a good shower, no bath. Facilities were good, including a kettle and coffee pod machine. Dinner was good although the menu was limited. We were offered an outside table or inside. The table linen was good. Breakfast was good and the wide selection was delicious. The shuttle was efficient and comfortable. All staff were friendly. We recommend this airport hotel highly. Thankyou for a comfortable stay.
