This was my connection stop before my cruise trip with my family. I scheduled an airport transfer about a month ahead and reminded the staff two days before my arrival. No show at the airport, so I end up ordering taxi services. Upon arrival, the hotel staff argued that there was no confirmation and payment for the pickup services. It was ridiculous when I had the chat history of scheduling the pickup service. The rooms were decent for the price, but it was not a four-star hotel. I’ve traveled to many countries, and this is my first time staying in an Italian hotel where they argued with their guest for missing the pickup from the airport.

Biliknya tidak besar, dan hiasannya agak ketinggalan zaman, tetapi kebersihannya sangat baik. Tidak ada perapi di hotel, dan cawan pencuci mulut adalah cawan plastik pakai buang dalam bungkusan tertutup. Perkara yang paling penting ialah hotel ini betul-betul bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api. Ia mengambil masa kurang dari 3 minit untuk berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api ke hotel. Anda boleh melihat stesen kereta api dari bilik hotel pulau utama Venice. Kami tiba pada pukul 12 dan pihak hotel membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk awal. Selain itu, tidak banyak jenis sarapan di hotel, dan waktu sarapan adalah dari jam 6:30-10:00. Hotel ini tidak menyediakan selipar, berus gigi dan ubat gigi, mahupun air percuma. Terdapat peti sejuk kecil berbayar. Terdapat 2 restoran kecil Cina, 1 restoran sushi dan pasar raya bernama Ali 3-4 minit dari hotel (untuk harga 1 botol air jenama yang sama di pasar raya stesen kereta api, anda boleh membeli 6 botol di pasar raya dan masih ada lagi) Dalam masa 20 minit selepas menaiki teksi dari hotel ke Lapangan Terbang Marco Polo, hotel ini boleh menyediakan perkhidmatan teksi dengan harga €60, dibayar terus kepada pemandu. Ia lebih mahal daripada menaiki teksi sendiri, tetapi tidak banyak teksi. Terdapat juga bas untuk ke lapangan terbang.

Large rooms, friendly service and great restaurant. Much better value for your money compared to hotels in Venice proper. No problem getting to Venice by bus. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, we stayed for 3 night and had bed and breakfast. We got to the hotel around 10:30am and they said to wait half hour. We knew we were earlier and they let us leave our luggage there whilst we went out. When we came back the room was ready and we headed upstairs! The staff at the front desk were lovely especially the lady with the dark hair and glasses. She helped me and my friend a lot when we needed things and very happy to spark a conversation! Think we were the only English people there but the staff were very welcoming and made us feel like we could ask for anything. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast too. Was very easy to get to Venice with the bus stop just outside the hotel and the bus was only €1.50! Perfect hotel for a short break to Italy!

I stayed with my family for a day and it was pleasant. Here are the pros and cons, Pros: 1. Comparatively worth the money 2. Clean and comfortable with air condition 3. Good spread for the complimentary breakfast 4. Have community parking available just opposite and around the hotel. Free from 8 pm to 8 am. 5. At nice location. Plenty of shopping around. Cons: 1. Charged 6.20 Euro as city tax which was not mentioned during booking. 2. No free parking at Hotel 3. Toilet lid was very old, need replacement. Unable to close the window door causing bit noisy.
