El hotel tiene habitaciones muy limpias. La gente es muy amable y la ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Queda a max 3 min en auto de patio Santa Fe. Ahí hay salidas de autobús a puebla, queretaro y otros lugares!

Good hotel, easy access but not a lot of things around in walking distance. Very clean rooms, amenities as expected. Recommended to ask for upper floors to Avoid noise from restaurants nearby.

I stayed for 10 nights simply to get work done quietly without any distractions (as an experiment in a burst of productivity). It worked out marvelously. Knowing I was committing to stay in the room and on the hotel grounds basically the whole time I took a lot of care in finding the perfect place. I didn't need a fun touristy location (the opposite) and therefore focused on Santa Fe. Among the hotels in the area I considered the Westin (I love their beds) and the JW Marriott, a chain I've enjoyed in various cities. Also the Camino Real and the other Hiltons in the area. I am so glad I chose the Doubletree! The main reason was the room -- which was huge and perfect for my project. I had a separate large space just for work (with a table and a TV that I could hook up to my computer as a large-screen monitor with an HDMI cable). The unexpected bonus was the view from the room: spectacular from the floor- to-ceiling windows (high ceilings too!). With gorgeous storms during the rainy season. What I didn't realize was that the DT is up on a hill so it's positioned above the other hotels. (They do themselves a disservice by numbering their floors as they do. I was on the ”7th floor” but in reality it was the 12th floor since they have a bunch of lower floors with no numbers used for gyms and lobbies and such.) Bed and pillows hit the spot (not the best ever but I slept fine). Air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. One odd thing I've seen in other hotels too was a couple sensors on the ceiling, one of which flashed brightly intermittently all night. Why? I had climb up and cover it up with a hat as I'm sensitive to lights while sleeping. Dumb design. Another was some kind of motion sensor ... I never figured out what that was all about but it only flipped on when you walked around so it wasn't a big deal). The breakfast buffet was fine -- I had mostly the fresh fruit spread with yogurt and granola. The gym was also perfect for what I needed -- a treadmill, some free weights, and a yoga mat with almost nobody else ever there (including plenty of terrace areas which I used to work out with an app). There's a nice pool and a spa with massages. The lobby restaurant was exactly what I expected -- not a great restaurant but I ate there happily most nights and walked to Shu, an upscale Japanese restaurant inside the hotel (but with a separate entrance) the other nights. I don't recommend Shu as it was overpriced and felt like a nightclub. The building is well designed with its sister hotel the Garden Inn next door. Nice airy lobby with breezes and high ceiling. Complimentary fast printers in the lobby was a surprisingly generous touch. Walking distance to a fancy mall (Samara) where I got supplies and some snacks and bottles of water. Friendly staff. I was stranded for 102 days in Mexico due to COVID19 lock downs. After being kicked out of 3 hotels they recommended this hotel and besides the hotel being perfectly clean and with all the safety protocols the staff was simply fantastic. I thought after 102 days of being stranded I would HATE the hotel, but the service is so good, I really can't wait to go back ti Mexico and stay here again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It has it all, great staff, great food, good infrastructure and strict higiene protocols. Choosing this hotel is a no brainer, simoly the best in Mexico City.

My wife and I spent three and a half weeks at the Westin Santa Fe and I could not be happier. The room, the food, the location, the staff were all well above any of my expectations. First, the room. A great view through the double wall of glass, a very comfortable bed and not a thing more that we could have asked for. A great place to rest and recuperate after a day in CDMX traffic. The location is excellent. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and offices with a complete feeling of safety and security. If you are craving Japanese, Mexican, Continental, Fusion or just a Starbucks it's all at your fingertips. But why would you eat out? The food at the hotel was excellent. Each dish that we tried during our stay was perfectly prepared, delightfully presented and we never doubted the skill of the chefs or the line cooks. The Sunday Brunch was amazing, fresh seafood, charcuterie, ”antojitos”, pizza, pasta, fruit and an amazing array of dishes that invited you to try. All these superlatives cannot begin to express the admiration and respect I have for the staff. From the bell men who greet you at the door with a genuine smile, the front desk staff that go out of their way to make your stay memorable to the housekeeper who changed her schedule to meet ours, I am grateful for them. There are a lot of standouts but the Market Restaurant staff were the reason our stay will always rate at the top. Joel, Juan and the Chef run a tight ship. The wait staff were professional but very friendly, we were genuinely sad to leave. They made our time in CDMX memorable. Congratulation Westin Santa Fe, you have a real winner here. Your facilities are good but the staff are exceptional!

Muy cómodo y espacioso las camas están muy ricas para descansar, su comida es de buen sabor y las bebidas micheladas uff!.. muy recomendable para un día de descanso

At this point the Hilton was probably the last hotel I had not stayed before in Santa Fe. I had a great stay! Nice comfortable rooms, good service and very conveniently located above the main shopping mall in the area. If you have the opportunity pay a bit more for lounge access. It makes a big difference. The one thing I did not like was their hotel cars from and to the airport…expensive and old cars.
