Hotel berhampiran Fuente Val Dosne, Mexico City

Hotel con excelente ubicación (a una cuadra del Palacio de Bellas Artes y del Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas), perfecto para hacer turismo a pie o tomarlo como base para distintas salidas. El estilo es algo anticuado pero funcional, la habitación que nos tocó era amplia muy limpia, no tenia buena vista pero por el precio no esperábamos nada panorámico. El servicio es muy bueno, todos son atentos sin hostigar al huésped. Por la noche hay algo de ruido especialmente el fin de semana pero nada del otro mundo. Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación y que hay un oxxo, un 7eleven, una farmacia del ahorro, una de similares, y más de 10 sitios para comer a menos de una cuadra.

位置不錯在Av.Francisco I.Madero步行街上，出門向右可步行到拉美塔，藝術宮，向左通往索卡羅廣場。後來換到街邊房間非常好，每層樓的01，02，03號房是沿街的，陽光非常好，樓下就是小餐館很方便。下午和傍晚是很鬧騰的尤其是亡靈節期間，但基本都是晚上十點半打烊，這以後就安靜了。

The hotel was modern and attractive with bilingual staff and full service breakfast. It was walking distance to public transit and the historical district. The area gets a little shady at night, but that is to be expected. During the day it is totally fine. We really liked the sliding wall panel that acts as a blackout shade and helps with street noise a little. The shower was nice and hot, bed was a bit firm, and linens were nice. The HVAC system was loud but worked great at drowning out any noise. We added the optional breakfast ($1 USD total through Expedia) and it was the Revolucion breakfast for 2 ($150 MXN ~ $8 USD each at the hotel) which included juice or fruit, coffee or tea, toast, and your choice of eggs with beans, enchiladas, or pancakes.

Muy céntrico y fácil de ubicar pero la señora de la limpieza en nuestro primer día a las 7 am toco e intento abrir la puerta con mucha insistencia solo para preguntar si queríamos limpieza, al segundo día lo mismo y eso que le comentamos que NO queríamos el servicio, pésimo en ese aspecto ya que acabábamos de llegar a la cd y nos despertó y trato de abrir cuando eso NO se debe hacer, mejoren ese servicio como sugerencia

Very good location, there’s a swimming pool on the roof top. The interior is a bit old fashioned but okeish. They offer late check out that was super convincing since I had late night flight. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room itself is small, cleaning is every day, providing 2 bottles of water and coffee bag. Oh and there’s a coffee machine. What I didn’t like - was breakfast. It’s sooo poor, the worst I had for all the travels in my entire life.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Very good. The owner is very friendly. Spacious and comfortable living. The breakfast wasn't good.

Lokasi yang sangat baik dan bagus kerana biliknya besar. Terdapat banyak restoran di kawasan kejiranan, jadi tidak ada kesulitan.

400元一晚！在當地雖然不算貴，但比國內差了點，國內400元比這豪華！在同程和攜程都下單，同程能抵券，便宜一點！我這裏要吐槽攜程，差極了！服務差，解決問題差！機票9000，7個小時後衹需5800，我要退票重新下，就是不讓我退，讓退差價扯七扯八，3200差價退2000，不要在攜程上購買機票，宰人！

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.
