Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Great location, generous breakfast, CLEAN room and common areas! Security at front door was reassuring and Alejandro the concierge was a pleasure to meet. Water in sink and shower was too slow to get warm…never got hot. 🥲 All staff were very friendly and helpful! Thanks!

Nous avons débuté notre roadtrip avec cet hôtel durant 3 nuits et nous ne sommes pas déçus. Toutes les prestations proposées étaient tops et gratuites ! (salle de sport, parking) C’est un plus quand on connaît la circulation et les stationnements à Mexico city ! Le petit déjeuner servi tous les matins était frais, du jour et très bon. Le seul bémol est que pour les adeptes comme moi du chocolat chaud, ils n’en servent pas ^^ et ils n’ont pas de confiture non plus. Quant au beurre, il faut leur demander. Les chambres étaient très propres, bien équipées (TV, placard, nécessaire de toilette, douche, WC…) Points négatifs que nous avons noté : Ça reste assez loin du centre et nous avons dû nous déplacer en Uber pour certains endroits, ce n’est pas un hôtel à choisir si vous voulez rayonner à pieds

位於市中心，周圍很多警察，非常安全。但我們遇到了酒店周圍封路，uber過不來，最後我們不得不去坐塞滿了人的地鐵出行。房間裏空調的聲音特別大，有些吵。每層樓走廊上有免費的水和蘋果，酒店的自助早餐真的非常非常棒，不論是樓頂的風景還是食物的味道。

Este no es un Hotel, es un Motel, queda en un barrio conocido por haber mucha prostitución, entraban y salían parejas que solo se quedaban “el rato” me parece irresponsable que ofrezcan este lugar como hotel “familiar” pague 2 noches y preferí perder lo que pagué en lugar de quedarme un hotel en la mitad de un barro horrible!! Claramente perdí lo que pague porque ya las políticas de reembolso no me aplicaban… Jamás lo recomiendo, pésima experiencia!

400元一晚！在當地雖然不算貴，但比國內差了點，國內400元比這豪華！在同程和攜程都下單，同程能抵券，便宜一點！我這裏要吐槽攜程，差極了！服務差，解決問題差！機票9000，7個小時後衹需5800，我要退票重新下，就是不讓我退，讓退差價扯七扯八，3200差價退2000，不要在攜程上購買機票，宰人！

The place has a wonderful internal garden space. The representatives Mrs Margarita as well as Ms Yocelin always managed to take best cares of guests. The location inside is quite suitable to a relaxing stay.
