Andaz Mexico City Condesa

Perfect location - we loved the Condesa neighborhood and walking the lush streets to get breakfast or dinner at the hipest restaurants and coffee shops. The park being nearby is a big draw too. The hotel is beautiful furnished, very clean and well decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooftop is awesome and the place to go for cocktails and a scene. Only bad points - the rooms are very dark at night (not enough light) and the pool area is not for lounging but more fir a quick dip or pool party.

Good/ average property. There's not a lot of lighting in the room and there was a smell in the bathroom. Once the lighting is fixed, the property may have more appeal. The amenities are nice: coffee shop/spa & gym.

Anniversary trip. Spent 5 nights. Loved the location. La Condesa is the best. Walking distance to so much. The hotel was very nice. We loved the rooftop restaurant and pool and the bar/game room. Very fun place to stay. The concierge were very helpful as well.

The Andaz Mexico City Condessa Hotel is beautiful, very modern and spotless. The rooms, gym, cafe and roof restaurant were all delightful. The staff was attentive, friendly and extremely professional at all times of the day and night. I could not have picked a better place to stay, and will tell everyone they must stay there. It was amazing.

This property was beautiful and all of the staff was amazing. The rooms are both spacious and extremely clean. It’s located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. It’s a short drive to all of the shopping and main events. There are many super nice places to eat and drink within walking distance. The only thing I did not care for was the breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced and not the best food.

The staff were very friendly and always offering to help in any way. The pool was awesome! Great view of the city too. The pillows weren’t the best, but I still slept well enough. Coffee shop was great, just a little overpriced

This was an amazing property. We were so pleased with our stay. The location was perfect, the staff were kind and the rooms were beautiful. I would highly recommend it. The only drawback is the matcha cafe is not great, but don't let that stop you from booking this hotel.

The staff made us feel welcome and we appreciate that they made our anniversary request come true. I wished we stayed longer, will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay again! I look forward to bringing my pup on the next visit!
